Truly gluten-free beer (no barley) for coeliacs like they have in the USA and Canada, which is rare still in the UK and the rest of Europe. I love the lager ones at the moment but always have a Bird B... もっず芋る

Made a great base malt for a NEIPA

After recently being diagnosed coeliac I needed to make the transition to gluten free all grain brewing and the guys at AlrGrainCo were super helpful in providing me with technical information I needed for recipe formulation. The first gluten free brew utilised their pale millet as 70% of base malt for a NEIPA, which turned out better than I anticipated for a first gluten free brew.
