The team was absolutely amazingâso supportive and incredibly patient with me while I was struggling with my mental health. It felt like a safe and welcoming space when I really needed one. Fabulous customer service by the staff at the Accrington branch, Althams are the only travel agents I use. Nothing is too much trouble, documents printed out for you, they always give you their expert guidance on your choice of resort, airlines, etc. Used them for years. Ten out of ten.

Personal service with a smile
I have recently booked 2 cruises with staff at Althams Bury. They listened to what I wanted/needed (travelling on my own). Made great suggestions and nothing was too much trouble. Today I rang with a question, Grace took my details and rang me back within half hr. She had sorted the issue and so put my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend using them if you want a good and easy way to book, a holiday. Will be using them for future holidays.
