Do not trust them! Stay far away everyone! I backed them on kickstarter like a lot of people, had no idea they were on other platforms with the same scam - getting everyone’s money and then just barefaced lying when you ask for updates. All communication has been cut off by them, nothing for nearly 2 years. No product that was paid for and they refused years ago to give a refund. The last update from them in May 2024 was that they were going to resume manufacturing in the next few months. Well, that was nearly 2 years ago now and none of us have heard from them since. Clearly a scam.

Paid them $118 them three years ago and no product. They were updating occasionally up until last February. I requested a refund and they won't reply. Horrible company.

Méfiez-vous des kickstarters. Aucune garantie n’existe, ils sont partis avec mon argent et celui de beaucoup, beaucoup, beaucoup d’autres personnes... Il n’y a plus rien à faire. Sachez qu’ils ont profité de plusieurs campagnes pour partir avec plus de sous. Kickstarter ne protège pas les backers !!!

This company is a fraud! They took money from hundreds, if not thousands of people when they were just a start-up. All those people never received their product. They just used that money to invest in expanding their business and kept developing new products, and selling that same old products which we - early backers - never received.

I was backing them with kickstarter. At first no communication, then asking for shippingcosts and after that no more communication! Took a lot of money from a lot of people!
Total fraude company.

Scam. Take your money and don't communicate with you about kickstarter project or with anyone since June 2023 but can post everywhere for their social media? Product never arrived in 2022 like it was supposed to. DO NOT support. And if you want to chance it, make sure you report fraud to your credit card company before the cutoff date or you will not be able to get it refunded.

I backed two of their Kickstarter campaigns in October of 2020, for an Herbstation and 4 Picos, to the tune of several hundred dollars. I have her received ANY of these products, any refund, or ANY communication about why these have never been fulfilled. Their products are still being sold through webstores with “customer reviews” as recent as 2023, but buyers beware! I have messaged through their website, sent multiple emails, provided backer numbers and have had NO response. The last thing I received was an automated email in 2021 saying products were preparing to ship and asking that I confirm my shipping address, which I did. Since then, I have had no communication despite repeated attempts, and no products. Total scam!

Wish I could give 0 stars. Do not shop with this company. I backed their Cura 360 project in 2022 and still haven't received the device or any updates in over a year. Us backers have all requested multiple updates, and I've given my backer number several times to the Kickstarter email and Altifarm's backing company and never get follow up. This company appears to be a scam.

I kickstarted PICO, PICO MAX and Cura.
Only got the small PICO, after a lot of hustle...
Their products are now being sold in webshops, but we who made it happen never got anything.
We have lost thousands of dollars and now they don't even update or reply anymore!

A total scam, they never send the product

Supported on kickstarter and they did not fully fulfill. They stopped replying to emails and refused refund.

Project was funded via Kickstarter in July 2021. They don't send any updates anymore. The Website-Support + E-Mail support has the same excuses since years.

They are not supportive nor problem solving at all.

The problem is "sourcing materials". Year over Year. A simple refund seems too much. They don't offer an alternative product nor an alternative solution. Instead this scammy company prefers negative reviews everywhere instead of happy customers.

2.5 years later after ordering multiple pico max. Received 1 but not the 3 other I ordered. I email once a month or so and just keep getting told by Zack “There are delays caused by the sourcing constraints and procurement challenges that we are currently facing. These issues are affecting our ability to acquire raw materials and software, which is impacting the production of batteries in particular. We are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding, and we will keep you updated on the progress of your order.”

Backed their Pico Max two years ago and still received nothing. April 2022 their last “update” on the project was “you don’t have these yet but buy our next thing!” and not a word from them since then despite dozens of comments from frustrated backers. Even projects that are falling apart maintain customer engagement by letting people know what’s going on…Pico doesn’t care about that. Every email I’ve sent is met with “you’re in the queue”. Do better, guys.

Absolute criminals. Tis is a scam and they take your money and promise deliver and make excuses for delays and never deliver. Ordered 18 months ago and nothing arrived. Now they don’t respond to emails or queries at all. They need authorities to shut them down.

I also never received any product nor any communication despite receiving a shipping prompt/update in October of 2021 (ordered Nov 2020). I found this site by literally searching if their products/company are a scam.

Please don't do the same mistake I have done so long ago. Back in 2020 I have backed this company's Pico and since then only have received apologies, no product yet in over two years.
They usually do not react to emails at all and have launched several other campaigns in the meantime without sending me what I had paid for such a long time ago.
Do yourself a favor and avoid this company if you actually want to receive a product for your money.

I have a Pico and Picomax from Altifarm Verde. Both are honestly *awesome* products, so I ordered an Herbstation which has a "certified shipping within 48 hours" tag on the website (still as of today, Apr.25th) and the order is still "unfulfilled". Their communication has been mostly "yeah .. we got some problems with delivery". That's somewhat understandable, but after two months they still claimed "48 hours shipping".

Anyway, after writing a scathing review here they finally shipped my Herbstation within a couple of days,though sadly with a US plug instead of a European.

They should at least update their website with a "may or may not ship within the current fiscal year" tag and automatically keep their customers informed about problems, ESPECIALLY if they are not at fault (check Valco for some great ways to do that!)

As I said, the shipping problems aside, their products are really awesome.

Timely delivery, great results, great after sales support. And I didn't think growing lavender in Mumbai was possible if not for altifarm. Super reachable, super helpful and I generally am a very skeptical person when it comes to putting my money but this was worth it.

Complete scam. Backed their kickstarter and they have taken everyone’s money and stopped communicating on there in April 2022.

They haven’t provided the products and are setting up more projects, taking more money to scam those people too.

When you chase, they say you will get your dispatch code within 2 weeks - that has been going on over 6 months. They won’t refund on the claim they’ve committed to manufacturing.

However, there is absolutely no info - e.g. how far through production are they…what is the hold up…when will they complete the roll out…who are the manufacturers? Any reputable company is doing the basics and more on kickstarter - the fact they’ve stopped comms tells you everything. There isn’t the slightest bit of info.

Do not trust this ‘company’ - it’s a front for taking your money. Avoid them like the plague and take legal action if they have your money.
