I selected a server and paid $15 for it. The money was charged.
However, my account dashboard then started demanding that I submit identification documents—even though nothing had been said about this previously (not even in the user agreement).
I opened a support ticket, but I received no response for three days. I tried contacting support via chat; after waiting an hour, I was told I needed to submit documents, and then they stopped responding altogether.
I sent an email stating that I wanted to cancel the order and get a refund, but there has been no reply to that either.

It looks like a scam. They aren't refunding the money, and the service isn't working. I think I'll try to get a refund through my bank.

I am happy with altinsoft. I recommend everyone.

There was a issue with the identification when I ordered the first VDS, the verification service didn't accept drivers license, but support fixed it the day after and I could verify then.
Service works as intended and I never leave my new VDS. 😃
Writing this after just got asked to post after I renewed the service.

This site steals from people under the pretext of verifying the identity of people, and after receiving the money, if you disagree with the verification of your identity on this site, it will not refund your money.
