I purchased the forex gladiator as a added indicator for my trading system to see if it would enhance my system. Well it didn't and in my opinion the signals were late. I messaged Oliver and asked if I could try eagle scalper. He gladly let me try t the at also but this indicator also lagged compared to my system and was only really close on the 5 minute. I then messaged Oliver , conveyed my disappointed and I would like a refund, 5 days after my purchase, there website states a 14 day guarantee. He then asked me if I wanted to try another system, I replied no I would like a refund. It has been 3 days, haven't received a reply, nor a refund. These indicators may be ok for some traders but not for me. But this is just OUT RIGHT BAD BUSINESS!!!

I forgot to cancel my subscription of Eagle Scalper and was charged 95$ after 3 months while I don't trade now at all. Oliver has refused to refund it and offered to try another indicator for free.

First of all, my experience with Forex Viking has honestly been different from most tools I've tired. It feels like a premium product compared to a lot of the software out there. From the website presentation to the quality of technical support, everything feels well put together. I know some people might disagree , but considering that many products on MQL5 go for 2-3k, the price here feels reasonable to me. Most importantly, I can say the system has been profitable. It's not the system has been profitable. It's not some unrealistic money machine, but achieving around 10% without heavy effort is solid in my view. I also believe the pricing is possible because Mr. Oliver has built a strong following.

I have tested a lot of overpriced forex EAs but this one is worth every penny. Consistent results with a very low drawdown!

I don't know where the 5 stars rating are coming from but I bought Forex Pharaon, and test it on 15,30, 1 hr tf and out of every 5 SL for 1 TP, I asked for a refund since its 14 days and Oliver said would transfer to forex viking for free. Why would I? when one product doesn't work the other is problem the same. Still waiting on my refund, about to call my bank to block any recurring payment to them.

I have now received my refund after several communications with the payment processor, with some processing fee deducted. I also appreciate Oliver following up periodically during the process.

Unresolved refund from complete Forex Pharaon package (indicator + manager) purchased on Jan 19th, 2026. Refund requested on Jan 21st, 2026 since the performance was not as advertised, most positions ended up in losses. I was offered Forex Viking for an exchange on Jan 23rd after back and forth email, but I declined and just wanted my refund. Now it's Jan 28th, 2026, and I haven't received my refund yet, and no updates. I have sent three more emails to Oliver, but hasn't gotten any responses yet. I am writing here to get public exposure on my case since I have requested my refund within the 14 day refund warranty period, but no refund and no proper response from seller yet...

I have bought several of Oliver's company products from Forex Pharoan, to Forex Viking and Cobra Scalper. Each product is innovative and differs greatly from previous, some being scalper EA's other more for Day/Swing traders.
I had some initial technical issues which Oliver himself sorted over an online call and got me up and running very successfully.
I have had good success, but it is important to follow the rules given in the product times, especially session windows.
I would recommend Altraforex.com and Oliver and with a 14 day money back guarantee there is no reason to not give them a try.
Oliver also send free indicators and discount codes to members on top of all this.

My friend recommended me Forex Jupiter because he was making money. I must say Oliver the owner is amazing and extremely helpful and humble. He helped me install the indicator with the AutoMode. I hope I will have great experience with the software.

My experience with Forex Viking has only been positive. Slow and steady progress with on a prop account challenge. Minimal intervention needed, everything is already set up. It is a very consistent EA and Oliver is very available via email if there are any questions.

I love the way Oliver Murphy and his company handle refund request from his customers. I bought one forex indicator from his company Altraforex and the indicator did not match my trading strategy and I asked Oliver for a refund. He asked me one or two questions and I told him I only want a refund, Without waiting my time, my refund was processed and paid fully to my paypal account. The record is there for every body to see.
To me, Oliver is very honest in keeping his promise.

Altra Forex reported my review as defamatory, so I have edited it to remove what they are claiming is defamatory.

When I asked for a refund, it took days, they tried to offer me another bot after I told them mine lost money which is frustrating. The bot I had lost money, it wasn't very customisable either to help me manage my risk. I have designed bots before, this was badly designed.

The response after leaving a bad review was threatening (they threatened to report my review, which they have).

One thing's for certain, I didn't get the advertised win rate, so any of the information on their website, or on this review page should be taken with a pinch of salt as they are trying to get negative reviews removed by flagging them and their results don't correlate to the advertised results on their site.

I purchased the Cryo Scalper in August 2024 and added the Manager in July 2025. Now, thanks to the Manager, I can comfortably implement the exact trading signals. For a signal, I fully concentrate on the chart, check the suggestion, and decide with just one click whether it fits. My focus is on M1 with small profits. As a senior, I feel significantly more relaxed and secure when trading thanks to the software. Not to forget the exemplary support from Altraforex – the team helped me set everything up and kept all promises. Overall, I give 5 stars.
