Recieved one of three of my orders today , to say I’m thrilled with your product is an understatement . Something I will definitely be adding to my. My daughter and daughter in law have both suffered losses with babies in the past twelve months and find this a beautiful way to show them how much they are loved and cared for .

Customer service was excellent. There was a mixup with the delivery, not sure if it was my mistake or theirs, but they handled it quickly and responded very fast. The pendent itself is very cute and feels solid. The charms look cute inside as well. It’s a unique piece. I’m happy to order from them again. I’ll likely put the charm in a long necklace rather than the one it comes with.
