Honestly, it is cool to have a place that sells mostly everything and I have not had a problem with alza since recently.

I needed to order some batteries which for some reason no one sold but alza had in stock. I ordered 3 packetts but only 2 came. I did not say anything cause it was something small and cheap.

However, now..I ordered 2 gifts (both the same item) and only 1 showed up. I even had to recheck the email when I placed the order just to be sure I was right. Honestly dude I do not even want the refund or to sign a waiver I just want the damn product.

Check your products people. They gave me the impression they are doing this on purpose.

I've ordered keycaps for my keyboard about 7 weeks ago, they told me that the order will be delayed as they don't have it in stock. I said, sure, I don't mind waiting a little (as they promise next day delivery on most items), well, I've contacted support every week since September and they said they don't know where my package is. Years of loyalty, and this is how they treat you.

Kattenvoer kopen twee weken wachten op levering. Komt niet het melden dan maken zij een creditnota en plaatsen ze de bestelling opnieuw. Ik annuleer ze maar wordt toch bezorgd. Ik moet betalen zonder maar enig excuus van hen nog geen tegemoetkoming.
Nooit meer bij Alza .

Called them twice since i didn’t get a code with my already delivered package. Both times they ended the call when i was already in line waiting to just solve a simple issue. Terrible customer service.

Minden rendben volt a kiszállítással, olcsók az árak, és még a garanciális ügyintézés is megvolt 1 napon belül!

If you are buying an apartment whose after sales service is Alza…. Do not buy .

Or buy and know that if your air con does not work … they are not going to help… we just paid to have AirCon repaired after waiting 5 weeks for an appointment.

And today our bathroom has dripping water coming out of the ceiling… it is urgent .., we have pools of water in our bathroom.

Do we have Alza helping us ?? Of course not it’s only water dripping out of our ceiling … which of course they will need repair … or will the ceiling fall in.

So if you are searching for reviews on the builder that uses Alza after sales service it’s Higueron … so avoid them too!!!!!!!!!!!

I would give them a -5 star if i could. My parcel was 3 days late when I received an apologetic e-mail for the delay. After that I've never heard of them. I had to cancel my order 4 days later when it was 7 days late and they had no clue where my parcel was. They promised a full refund and a whole month is gone I haven't seen my money. It's not the first time they failed to deliver but definitely the last I ordered from them. The last time they also didn't manage to deliver the item i purchased. It's a terrible company. Over promise and under deliver if deliver at all. It's sad that Hungary keeps competent companies like Amazon out of the county in favour for them.

Több mint egy hete basznak válaszolni az elállásomra. Vagyis pontosan visszatérítettem 2 pack pc ventillátort de csak az egyiket térítették vissza a másikról semmit se tudok. Írtam nekik már háromszor és mindig azt kaptam meg hogy továbbküldjük egy másik kollégának. Az a kolléga ezek szerint nem dolgozik ott? Nem tudom elhinni hogy lassan 2 hete nem tudják elintézni sehogy azt hogy 11000 forintot visszaküldjenek és megértsék a kérelmem. Azért ha esetleg megnézné bárki is az alzánál akkor tessék.

I order almost everything from Alza that I can. With alza+ they deliver almost anything to alza boxes next day which is absolutely fantastic. I never had any issues with them, they even refunded my when I bought something I didn't like. But to be fair, shipping steam decks with UK adapters in the other parts of the EU is diabolical, please stop this. Other wise can recommend, my favorite webshop.

Ruhaszárítót rendeltem .Ár érték arányban jó minőség .Valamint nagyon gyors volt a kiszállítás .Elégedett vagyok.Máskor is szívesen vásárolok erről az oldalról.

I ordered a quite expensive item (370 EUR), the next day they apologized that it is going to be delayed, then provided the new due date, few hours later I got notification that I will get refund and order is cancelled. I didnt cancel, didnt ask refund but they just did it.

I have been shopping at Alza for years, at times spending several hundred thousand HUF on electronics, but out of my last three orders, two were cancelled unilaterally — in cases of partial stock shortage, the remaining available items were not shipped either — and the third was lost by their contracted courier, Foxpost, somewhere in their warehouse. It has been sitting there since Saturday with no update whatsoever.

What is truly frustrating is not the delivery failure itself — these things happen — but the way Alza and Foxpost handled the situation.

Foxpost informed me over the phone, in an arrogant and dismissive manner, that I cannot file a complaint for 15 days because that is their internal policy. To be clear: my contract is with Alza, not Foxpost, and internal policy does not override applicable consumer protection law. Under the Hungarian Civil Code and relevant consumer protection regulations, Alza is legally liable for the conduct of its contracted courier — which they are well aware of.

Despite this, their customer service offered no meaningful resolution, only a refund, on the grounds that the product was no longer in stock. No compensation, no discounted alternative, no gesture whatsoever to address the damage done to the customer experience.

As a customer who paid upfront, I was left without my money for an extended period, without the product I ordered, and at every stage of the process the company's interests took precedence over mine.

Accordingly, I will in all likelihood be taking my business elsewhere going forward.

Nekem eddig csak jó tapasztalatom volt. Ha a szállítás nem sikerült időben kaptam ingyen szállítást (Alzaplus), ebben az időszakban sem sikerült egyszer a megígért napon szállítani, de kaptam egy kb 1000Ft-os kupont. Egyszer volt panaszom, kb. 3 óra alatt megoldották.

Vettem egy terméket akciós áron, erre pár nap után benyögik hogy “véletlen” elírták a termék árát és nem áll modukban kiszállítani. Ha nem érdeklődöm az ügyfélszolgálatnál igazából most se tudnám miért nem küldik a csomagot.. Egy emailre se voltak hajlandók..

Ordered something on the 19th at 4pm, only arrived on the 22nd morning. False advertisement claims if you order something by midnight, you’ll have it delivered in the Alza box in the morning. It was an order in Budapest, so wondering how long people have to wait outside of the capital. Not going to use them again.

I ordered a vacuumcleaner and a package cleaning bags.

DPD offered me a small package of cleaning bags.

Price 20640.-- huf.

The vacuumcleaner was not there!

I refused and the mess was returned to Alza.

It seems that I'm not the only one with bad experiences and warn everybody stay away there

A haztartasi nagygep beszerelesen kivul semmi nincs benne a legdragabb kiszallitasban: tehat legyel vizvezetekszerelo, gazszerelo, vagy hivj plusz 30 ezerert egy szerelot aki ezt megcsinalja, NONSZENSZ. Ugy, hogy konkretan 3x telefonaltam emiatt, es mindegyik ugyfelszolgalatos azt mondta hogy ha a teljes kiszallitst valasztom akkor ez benne lesz az arban. Ehhez kepest a szallitok felhaborodva kozoltek hogy nekik ezt nem kell kiszerelni. Konkretan minden mas ceg rendesen kihozza es beuzemeli a gepeket, foleg ahol nem csak a konnektorba kell bedugni hanem pl. vizhalozatra csatlakoztatni, es a gep 50 kilo. vicc. persze semmi felelosseget nem vallalnak a folyamatos felretajekoztatasert.

I ordered a Logitech Spotlight because the reciever of my Spotlight was lost and I needed it urgently for a presentation (my coorker got sick and I had to relief her out of the blue). I ordered it at 23.00 on Monday (when I got the news and realized that my spotlight is not functional). It was delivered into the Alza-box by 7.30 on Tuesday (the lecture started at 8.15, so I just got it on time). I used it for that one lecture then I found my original reciever.
I sent it back to ALZA through the BOX on Thursday (very easy process). I got the refund Sunday afternoon.
It was super easy, super convinient and lighting fast. Thank you ALZA!

I ordered a NEW media player from Alza a few weeks ago, and they sent a USED one. The product costed in full price, but it was in broken box, the items in the box were fingerprinted and used. The product was probably a returned item by someone to Alza, but they sell as a brand new in FULL PRICE.

Don't recommended, avoid ordering on ALZA.

Very disappointing experience.
We placed an order for electrical equipment and after 10 days we still don’t have it. The staff constantly delayed the process, giving us false and misleading answers in the chat. Completely untrustworthy service – we cannot rely on them at all. We are cancelling the order as we are going back abroad. Waste of time.
