We ordered three pairs of PUP sweatpants and three PUP hoodies in all available colors, and we are extremely satisfied with the products and also the service of the company. The items are high quality, comfortable, and truly something special. The service was excellent, and the delivery was fast and efficient. The team was very friendly, helpful, and responsive throughout the entire process. We are absolutely delighted with the company and their products and would highly recommend them.

I have the best words for the staff, especially for the main manager who in many cases due to the workload takes care of personally solving the problems that deliveries may have. I placed an order on this website and, although the delivery took longer than expected, I would like to highlight the excellent support provided by the customer service team. They were prompt, helpful, and efficient in assisting me with tracking my order accurately.

As for the product, the pants are very nice, fun, and fully consistent with the images shown on the website. They are also very comfortable to wear.

Overall, my experience was positive. I would recommend this site both for the products and its customer service.

I ordered one pair of the yellow dachshund sweatpants from this company on February 20. It is now March 30 and I have not received my single item. The item did not ship until weeks after my order when I had to email Amalfi Fabrics myself and ask when it might be shipping. Miraculously it was shipped that day. That was March 11. I have gone back and forth with customer service asking when I can expect some movement on my package, and the possibility of a partial refund. Even if they just refunded the few dollars extra I paid for protected shipping, I wouldn’t be so disappointed. But after “reviewing with their team,” they have denied me any compensation whatsoever. My package now says delivered 3 days ago even though when I checked yesterday it was still not delivered. And I still do not have my item. It has not been delivered at all. Completely disappointing considering I paid $60 for one pair of sweatpants.

Edit: after posting a 1-star review, I was finally contacted by Erjon, who introduced himself as brand manager. He truly seems to care about the customer experience and making things right. He eventually helped me with a full refund after listening to me explain the situation. Still disappointed in the experience as a whole and frustrated that it even got to this point. When the company website boasts about having 50k+ happy customers, it’s humiliating as a consumer to have to beg for a $60 refund when the experience from start to finish was overall mishandled. Erjon is great and is the only saving grace. Personally I still won’t be purchasing from this company again.

Again so disappointing! I have asked for a full refund for the (only and very poor quality) item ordered from them for my daughter and they offered to replace the item or send another one of my choice. I said I did not want the same *horrible one (that came and broke after only trying it on once) and sent the link for the one my daughter liked instead. They disappeared. NO answer, no refund, no replacement. Be aware

The clothes are excellent quality and fit perfectly. Definitely worth the money!

Absolutely love these sweatpants, they are great quality, and look exactly like the photos, I think they are made true to size. I love how they are not fleece inside so you don’t overheat, especially if you’re wearing them for dance. Would highly recommend, can’t wait till they come up with more colours for these sweats.

Their returns policy is a scam. Take photos, photos are incorrect because they are from the wrong side, now measure them, then the shipping costs are too expensive, then they don't offer returns on sale items (which is a breach of you statutory rights). 3 months trying to arrange a return. Then I complained to Mastercard and sent the email chain to them and received a full refund in a matter of days. DO NOT USE

**Update in response to Amalfi's reply:**

Amalfi claim their no-returns policy on sale items is "clearly disclosed." It is not. The product page — the same page displaying the sale price — prominently advertises "30 Day Money Back Guarantee" and "Easy Returns/Exchanges." There is no disclaimer excluding sale items anywhere on that page. That advertising is false.

More importantly: under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, a retailer cannot simply opt out of statutory return rights by writing it into their own policy. Sale items purchased online are protected by law. Amalfi's policy is not just misleading — it is unlawful as applied to UK customers.

They claim the refund demonstrates "no intention to deny resolution." That is not true. The refund came only after I filed a formal dispute with my bank and submitted the full email chain as evidence. Amalfi had spent weeks refusing to provide a returns address. After the bank intervened and processed the refund, Amalfi then emailed me to say my photos were unacceptable and they could not accept the return anyway.

Since posting this review I have also received multiple unsolicited emails and text messages from Amalfi.

If you are a UK customer: you have statutory cancellation rights on online purchases regardless of sale status. Do not let this company tell you otherwise.

I’m so happy with my tracksuit bottoms! They’re super comfy, cute, and exactly what I wanted. The customer service was amazing — I had a question and they replied instantly on Instagram and helped me right away. Such a great shopping experience, I’ll definitely be ordering again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

UPDATE 3/23/26:
I’ve updated my original 1 star review to 3 stars. After posting my review on Trustpilot and filing a claim with the BBB, someone from the company finally reached out and offered solutions for my return. They gave me two options: return the items with them covering return shipping, or accept a partial refund and keep the items.

I was relieved to finally receive a response after waiting an entire month for help with my refund. However, their return policy on the website does not clearly state that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. I pointed this out, and after additional back-and-forth, they ultimately offered me a full refund without requiring me to return the items, even though I had told them I was willing to pay the return shipping at that point.

Because they did eventually refund me and make things right, I felt it was fair to update my rating to 3 stars. That said, the fact that I had to leave a public review and escalate the issue just to get a response is sad. I would strongly recommend making sure you truly want to keep the items before ordering, as returns may not be as simple as expected, and the return policy is not fully transparent about potential costs to the consumer.

As for the products themselves, the quality seemed good. Unfortunately, the pants were much too short on me and looked awkward, and the shirt ran very large. I originally planned to exchange the shirt for a smaller size, but after the difficulty with the return process, I decided it wasn’t worth continuing the process. Overall, this experience was frustrating and not what I expected when ordering with confidence in the public return policy.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I ordered 2 items form this store, but when they arrived they didn't fit as expected and I asked to return them. Based on their return policy on the website, they say you have 30 days to return the items if they don't work out. It's been over a month since I have contacted them, I've followed up multiple times asking where my refund is or when they are going to send me a return label, and they keep saying they're waiting to hear from their team on a solution. They also tried to get me to just keep the items and give me a 10% off coupon for my next purchase. There is no way I will ever order from here again, I should have been refunded by now with no questions asked. They are a super sketchy company and are not standing by their refund policy. Do not order from here it's not worth it!

I ordered an item from Amalfi Fabric 106 DAYS AGO - we are going on 4 months now, and even after many, many emails, I never got the item or a refund. Instead, it was just them repeating generic responses like “we are looking into this” and “we are waiting for a response from the team” again and again. They are looking into this and waiting for a response for 4 months??!! Their “customer service” person has a gmail
address, it’s not a proper company. Don’t waste your money, you would be literally throwing it away and it’s shocking how they can still be in business after stealing so many people’s money.

TOP TIP for anyone in the U.K. who’s made the same mistake of ordering from this company and can’t get a refund from them: your credit card company will claw back the money from them on your behalf. We are protected under strong legal protections under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Also, report them to Citizens Advice who will investigate them. I took great pleasure in reporting them - they deserve it.
