The program is built around proven methods that have consistently led to success stories, helping students secure offers from top companies like Amazon, Google, and Microsoft. We donât just teach skillsâwe develop the mindset necessary to perform at the highest level in the industry. By joining the Software Engineering Accelerator, youâll gain the tools and support needed to confidently pursue and secure your ideal software engineering role, transforming your potential into real-world success.
The program it self is very useful - a lot of much needed information! I think the ideal time to join would be second year of college because it will give some more time to gain experience needed, work on resume and interview prep.
However, the requirements are not always relevant, for example, if itâs April and you trying to land summer internship applying earlier is always better then trying to get a referral and applying later (recruitersâ words from the program, not mine).
My honest opinion, if you need help with everything, when it comes to getting a job/internship and you want to have someone to keep you accountable, thatâs a good investment! But other than that, not sure if itâs worth the price, and I think requirements should be different depending what time of the year it is right now and what is your goal position(e.g. new grad offer, internship, and etc).
Also, I feel that the programâs advertising and the actual result is different, because there is no magic pill, at the end of the day itâs a grind and a lot of work (so if you feel like you could get top tier resume and interviewing skills right away and not ready to grind - reconsider joining).
Lastly, I want to make it clear, that even though I donât have an offer right now, I am interviewing with 3 different companies, and I donât think it would be possible before I started the program, so for me, who had some unpaid experience + very bad interviewing skills, it was very useful.
Is it worth it? Canât say before I get an offer, but definitely not a waste of money!
I really appreciate how the program provides a clear, actionable path to follow. The strategies for handling various scenariosâfrom job hunting and networking to specialized interview skillsâhave been incredibly practical and effective.
After 8 months of unemployment I was able to land a role with The Specialty Alliance as a junior data engineer. I am grateful for the guidance and coaching that facilitated this win. Thank you Aman and team!
Great program overall. The structure is clear and the coaches go above and beyond to make sure you are ready. The only area that I feel is lacking in this program is System Design guidance. It seems like more and more entry level roles are starting to require system design (I had 2 system design interviews) following leetcode/hackerrank rounds, so it would go a long way to address that area so members avoid falling short late in the interview process.

As an international student at the University of Michigan, I was navigating one of the hardest recruiting seasons of my life, a bad job market, no connections at big tech, visa sponsorship requirements making things harder, and the constant pressure of not knowing if my applications were even landing right.
Joining Aman's accelerator genuinely changed how I approached the process. What separates this from other job prep coaches is that it's not just LeetCode grind advice, it's the full picture. Resume positioning, habit tracking, recruiter communication, how to frame your story, and how to follow up without burning bridges. The coaches gave feedback that was direct and actually actionable, not vague encouragement. Furthermore, being surrounded by people going through the same thing, sharing leads, reviewing each other's applications, and hyping each other up after rejections made the process feel less isolating. Tech recruiting can be brutal and lonely. This made it way more manageable.
I just accepted an SDE Android Internship offer at Amazon. There were a lot of factors, but having this community in my corner gave me structure and confidence when I needed it most.
If you're an international student or just someone who feels lost in the recruiting maze. As long as you are willing to put in the hard work and proactivity, this is worth it. Aman built something genuinely useful here.

The accelerator modules are amazing and the support and especially the mentors are amazing. A couple of things I wouldve liked better would be to include more anecdotes as to why some of this skills are important to learn and how they would help throughout ones lifetime. I also wish there is more range/dynamics to the technical interview especially as companies are moving slightly away from traditional leetcode style.

Software Engineering Accelerator ããã®åç
Overall really helped me get out of comfort zone and help me get really confident on interviews, building connections and staying consistent to the process of job application.

Was part of this program for two years. I joined as a college junior with no internship experience and ended up landing an offer at Google by the end of my senior year as an international student. Iâm extremely grateful to Aman and the program, this wouldnât have been possible without the accelerator. That said, it doesnât guarantee you an offer. What it does provide is the guidance, structure, and accountability you need to reach your goals, especially if youâre willing to put in the work. The coaching is excellent, and the program can significantly increase your odds of landing an internship or new grad role. If youâre serious about your career and actively looking for an internship/job, Iâd definitely recommend considering it.

The SWE accelerator offers great coaching from industry professionals and teaches a comprehensive system that makes approaching the tech job market 100x less daunting. I was introduced to principles in the SWE accelerator which I will carry with me for a long time, if not my whole career. And I got multiple internship offers along the way!

Iâm writing this from the perspective of someone who used all of their personal savings to pay for this program and does not have parents in a position to spend thousands of dollars on what appears to be a non-essential expense. This review is meant for someone in a similar situation, or for the version of me who was trying to decide whether this investment was worth it.
Based on the programâs advertising, it gives the impression that it can lead to FAANG or extremely high-paying software engineering internship roles. Going in, I genuinely believed that if I followed the program, I should be able to at least quadruple my investment after savings. If you were like me, entering your junior year and starting close to scratch (I was originally entering my senior year but extended my graduation to May 2027 specifically to avoid graduating without an internship), the program makes it clear fairly early on that this outcome is unlikely for a first internship.
A lot of the information in the program is advice that already exists online. The value is not that the advice itself is unique, but that the program organizes and structures it in a way that shows you how to actually apply it during recruiting instead of just consuming information passively.
My resume improved significantly, and I also gained meaningful exposure to both behavioral and technical interviews, which was valuable on its own.
So far, Iâve interviewed with six companies: HubSpot, Grammarly, Bloomberg, Liberty Mutual, PNC Bank, and Gusto. Several of these companies would have more than quadrupled my investment if I had received an offer. However, because I entered the process with very little prior experience, I wasnât confident enough in interviews to break through at the higher-paying companies. I ultimately did receive an offer from PNC Bank.
From a numbers perspective, this is what it looked like for me. I spent about $4,540 on the course in total, roughly $4,300 for the program itself plus around $240 in credit card interest because I didnât want to drain all of my savings at once. I also paid for LinkedIn Premium for about 10 months, which came out to roughly $400, and spent about $1,500 attending conferences and networking events. That puts my total investment at around $6,440. Iâm not including what I spent on LeetCode Premium or the NeetCode platform, since those purchases were not required or advised by the program. I chose to use them to have a better experience while practicing.
My offer from PNC Bank was $27.50 an hour with a $2,500 sign-on bonus. After taxes, I calculated this to be roughly $10,000 for the duration of the internship. If I subtract rent during that time, which was about $3,000, my net profit comes out to approximately $560. That said, I do believe the information and structure from the program will carry over and be useful during full-time role recruiting as well. There are likely residual gains if I am able to leverage this experience into a full-time offer.
If youâre planning on relying on the refund clause to get your money back, you should be realistic about the time commitment. You need to be able to dedicate at least 15 hours per week to recruiting work and do so consistently for up to 12 months without missing deadlines. The program does offer a pause option, which I did take advantage of when things got busier for me.
When youâre starting off with weak projects and little experience, itâs hard not to feel like you need to do significantly more than what the program prescribes just to have meaningful things to talk about in interviews. Because of that, on top of the 15 hours per week of recruiting work, you realistically need to spend additional time gaining experience and strengthening your resume, which makes hitting the programâs quotas even harder.
At the end of the day, there is no secret magic formula. It still comes down to consistent effort and grinding for experience.
That said, do I regret doing it? No, I donât. The information I learned in the program personally opened doors that likely wouldnât have opened if I hadnât started. I genuinely believe I would have graduated without an internship otherwise. Having that much money on the line also pushed me to take recruiting seriously and stay disciplined, which ultimately led to an offer.
Overall, I would give this program 4 out of 5 stars. My initial goal was to secure an internship, and I achieved that. The information provided is solid and genuinely useful; however, the price is very high and likely now even higher than what I paid. I also feel that the programâs advertising and testimonials somewhat over-promised what the average participant would gain, which is why I canât give it a full rating.

TLDR: I got the 6 figure role, so it does work.
Based on my experience, I'd say it's worth it. As someone who didn't have a lot of experience with knowing how to handle the job market and secure a role, I've learned a lot from this Accelerator program. This goes from fixing your resume to being able to get an interview and finally, to passing one.
The one thing to keep in mind is that, it is a ton of work. I am currently in what should my lightest year of university and yet I still struggled to manage this. You want to make sure you are committed to the process. The money is also a lot but you can definitely pay it back. I would compare this to a full semester in terms of work and cost. So imagine adding this to the semester you have, if you are in school.
First 2 months are definitely the most helpful. You definitely get a lot of prep for interviews and learn what is expected of a candidate. It moves very quickly so make sure to keep up.
In 5-6 months, I was able to secure the role. Honestly, if you keep putting in the work, it will pay off. Of course luck plays a role, but you'd want to maximize your skills over luck.
If I had to give one piece of feedback, it would be to possibly change the course load depending on where you are (in school, graduated, already working, etc.,). That way it's a bit more tailored to your needs and more manageable.
Overall, a great program and I'd highly recommend as I would not be able to secure a role like this without it!

So far, I have had an initaial phone call (about 15 minutes). This went well. Following, the accelerator scheduled me for a 45 minute zoom meeting to further discuss. After waiting 40 minutes past the scheduled time, I received a text message asking me to reschedule. No courtesy⊠even after spam text messages reminding me of the scheduled meeting. Unprofessional and unorganized. No reason to trust a program to provide results--let alone pay $1000+ tuition, if they lack this simple professionalism.
Update: The founder personally reached out to me about the preciously stated incident. I certainly appreciate and respect him reaching out. 1-> 3

They provided a lot of insight and help for the whole recruiting process. I was able to understand how recruiting works and take advantage of having that knowledge. I also felt very prepared for my interview as they provide lots of preparation through mock interviews with skillful instructors.

Software Engineering Accelerator ããã®åç
The biggest takeaway from this program for me was the structure. There are many other resources that provide some of the information that is presented in this program, but the key difference is the presentation. You get much more of an understanding on why these steps are important and why they should be done in a particular order.
The coaching is fantastic. I'd recommend taking advantage of the coaching calls, especially for crafting your resume and LinkedIn page. It would also be in your best interest to take full advantage of the mock interviews.
Overall this is a great program.

Software Engineering Accelerator ããã®åç
I did multiple mock interviews with the team, and they help me get 3 offers in just 1 month! 2 paid $120k+/year in NYC. Highly recommend the Accelerator for anyone who needs help with landing entry level tech jobs!
The program has professionals who are very experienced in their respective fields, and provide extremely good advice that helps you with OAs, interviews, resume advice, etc. They helped me get an internship at Palo Alto Networks at $43 an hour.
Having a team of coaches behind you makes the job search a much more manageable experience. There are a lot of unknowns when taking this on on your own, and to have people who can answer every question you have is powerful.
Program structure was really good. But the mock interviews was the best part. Used to feel under-confident with interviews but this program definitely helped me there.
Office hours were great and so were the coaches. Great program
