From our 21 days trip in Northern India the best experiences were the Panchakarma retreat at Amanthrit center up in the hills above Rishikesh and the Welcome Heritage Natraj hotel in McLeodGanj. Amanthrit center was clean and quite which is a luxury in India. The Doctor, the massage staff and both Clélia the French yoga teacher and the local teachers yoga, Reiki, sound healing proved to be very professional. I consider to return with friends of mine for another retreat at Amanthrit. Last comment with Aman you get what is promised. No bad surprises. Those who have booked hotels through Booking.com will understand my comment.

I did a 10 day detox organized by my wonderful yoga teacher Clélia. It was really incredible. Aman and all the staff were so very kind and attentive. We stayed above Rishikesh in the mountains and it was beautiful. We had the birds singing during the morning yoga sessions. The Ayurvedic docteur, Dr Rawat, was amazing and very kind. The experience has given me motivation to continue yoga and put into practice the advice of the doctor. The massages and treatments were very relaxing also. I recommend this place!

All the session are so amazing and calming, I love the way they are taking ancient legacy in modern world. Every session was so connected and healing. Loved it!
