I love these products. I found them about 18 months ago and have used most of them now. Love the shampoo and conditioners, my hair has never felt so soft. I also particularly like the Ultimate Styler and the argan oil.

I purchased a started kit from Costco Chingford when you were having a promotion day there for around £29.99.

I did not get to start using any of the products until today as I had plenty of supplies I needed to get through.

To my dismay the shampoo made my hair go like straw so I put the conditioner on and started combing my hair. I was shocked to see that clumps of my hair was coming off. This wasn’t just normal hair loss it was coming out in long clumps. I took images and contacted Amarganhairtherapy UK to find out if anyone else had had the same issue as I have. I explained that I wasn't after the money from them as I can take the products back to Costco, I was upset that I could not use the products. I was impressed when I received an email almost straight away from Stuart, stating he would call me tomorrow and would personally resolve the issue. He did call but I could not take the call as I was with my husband at the hospital. I informed him of this and have waited for his call since. Unfortunately I have not had a call, it has now been eight days so I am not any wiser hence the reason I am writing this review and asking anyone who has had the same experience with these products. I also want Stuart to know that promising to resolve something and not doing it is not good customer service. I no longer require any help from him as I am sure, if others, who have had the same issue as myself will hopefully write a review as I have.

Genuine co. Been using it for years. First introduced to the product when they came over to Costco. Fantastic co. A phone call away ! Product - brilliant for curly hair !! Using their hair therapy oil for years now

excellent products at a really good price for top quality. Staff are super friendly, efficient and helpful with all queries/needs and delivery is super quick and packaged well so no damage as you find with other suppliers. Cannot rate them high enough from start to finish brilliant customer care throughout and will be using them again and have already recommended them to family and friends 😊👍👍👍👍👍
