I love my Amazfit Active 2 Round for many reason. Aesthetically, it's very good looking compared to all the square Apple watches that everyone else is wearing. Secondly, it has so many interesting and useful Apps and so many features that are coming up as you use it, e.g., in the morning when I get up it greets me, tells me the time, weather etc. The battery lasts for 5-7 days which is awsome, so I don't have to charge it every day.
The watch face (one that I selected) includes so many data like how many steps I made, my HR, HRV, temp,date, time altitude,etc.It takes a while to get used to it and where to find the different apps and how to operate them, but all in all you get used to it very quickly even though I am not the best in handling e gadgets.

Ho acquistato uno smartwatch Amazfit Active 2 NFC Square anche per le possibilità di personalizzazione offerte dallâapp Zepp, che includeva una modalità sviluppatore grazie alla quale era possibile creare e installare quadranti personalizzati. Questa funzione rappresentava per me un valore reale del prodotto, oltre che unâattività creativa che mi aveva portato a dedicare tempo alla creazione di un mio quadrante personale.
Con un aggiornamento dellâapp Zepp, la modalità sviluppatore Ú stata rimossa senza alcuna comunicazione preventiva agli utenti. Di conseguenza, anche il quadrante che avevo creato Ú scomparso dallâorologio. Mi sono quindi ritrovato con un dispositivo che, dopo lâacquisto, offre meno funzionalità rispetto a quelle disponibili inizialmente.
Ritengo questo approccio profondamente scorretto nei confronti dei clienti: modificare unilateralmente il software eliminando funzioni esistenti, senza preavviso né spiegazioni chiare, mina la fiducia verso il prodotto e verso lâintero ecosistema.
Un aggiornamento dovrebbe migliorare lâesperienza utente, non ridurre possibilità già presenti e utilizzate. La sensazione Ú che le decisioni vengano prese senza considerare lâimpatto sugli utenti che hanno scelto il dispositivo anche per determinate caratteristiche software.
Alla luce di questa esperienza, personalmente non acquisterò più prodotti Amazfit. Invito inoltre i potenziali acquirenti a valutare con attenzione come lâazienda abbia modificato arbitrariamente il software Zepp rimuovendo la funzione âmodalità sviluppatoreâ, perché questo dimostra come alcune funzionalità possano essere eliminate anche dopo lâacquisto del dispositivo.
Esperienza complessivamente molto deludente e gestione del cliente che considero poco trasparente.

I received my Helio Strap and I really liked until it completely stopped tracking my sleep, stress and bio-charge after only 3 days!!! I sent many feedbacks using the app, sent many emails and reminders as I requested to return the item and they kept answering the same steps of resetting the strap which I already tried 10 times and never provided me with clear steps on how to return the item till now!!!!!! (It's been more than a week)
I regret the day I bought it directly from their website and not using Amazon!

1- DO NOT BUY IT DIRECTLY FROM AMAZFIT WEBSITE.
2- The Hello strap is an amazing device if you're lucky and didn't face any issues.

I hope Amazfit people read this review and help me out as I'm not looking to just simply lose my money because of the terrible and horrible customer service.
Terrible processing and customer service availability
Customer service? I called 6 times to reach them about an order expected to be delivered in 48 hours. After 4 days without a response, I realized it was out of stock and that they had already charged me for the order. I am waiting for the refund to be processed.
Awful company
I ordered an Amazfit product and decided to return it the day after it arrived, as I had changed my mind. The item was unused and unworn.
I emailed their official support on 30 September requesting a return and refund. After receiving no response for three days, I followed up on 3 October. It is now well over a week later, and I have still had no reply whatsoever.
This level of customer service is unacceptable. I have now had to send a third email and am preparing to escalate this to my bank if I do not hear back imminently. I am also due to travel soon and wanted this resolved before I go.
If you value post-purchase support or basic communication, I would strongly advise against buying directly from Amazfit.

E' il secondo orologio Amazfit che smette di funzionare da solo in meno di 2 anni.
Inoltre, nonostante l'orologio sia coperto da garanzia legale, Ú praticamente impossibile portarlo ad un centro di assistenza: ho chiamato quelli nel raggio di 200 km e sono o chiuso o non fanno assistenza.
Quindi l'unica soluzione che mi propone il supporto Ú spedire a mie spese l'orologio ad un centro...... assicurandomi prima che esista ancora!!
Veramente un servizio pessimo, comprate un'altra marca!!
I have had a T-Rex3 for two months
I have had a T-Rex3 for two months. It will no longer sync with the Zepp app. I have tried everything possible and still will not sync. Calling the help number is a joke--they never return a call

Amazfit helio strap sucks
My Amazfit Helio helio strap stopped pairing after an iOS update. The Zepp app always shows âPairing failed,â and all troubleshooting steps failed.
Support was contacted multiple times (email + app logs) â no reply, no help. The device is now locked and completely unusable.
If pairing ever breaks, you depend entirely on Amazfit to reset it remotely. If they donât respond, youâre stuck with a very expensive, useless gadget.
Not recommended if you expect reliable connectivity or responsive customer service.

Doesnât track distance properly. Always short
Iâve had this Amazfit GTS 2 for about a year and my main gripe with it is that it constantly falls short in tracking distance. On average itâd say about 20 to 30m short per kilometre. I run 10km twice a week and nearly every single time itâs 200 to 300m short. Very annoying when you get a personal best but watch fails to track properly!
5 star premium watch for a good price!
This watch is absolutely brilliant so far. I just bought it via Amazon and it came within 2 days. It has all the features it said to food nutrition values, own workout plans, smart sleeping, voice assistant and so much more I will be here all day. The design is sleek and fits my arm perfectly and is not irritating. The packaging was also good. For a low price you get such a premium watch it is amazing. I will leave another review after wearing it for some more time. Just one thing however the charger is good however it easily falls off the back of the watch, but it is not too bad.

Bought an Amazfit Health Watch for my son for his birthday. He wore it 37 days and it won't charge. It shakes violently when put on the charger and will not even turn on. I contacted Best Buy and they said they couldn't do anything because it was over 30 days. I had to contact Amazfit. I did and they will not do anything. They don't answer emails although that is the way they want you to contact them. They sell junk and they know it because they will not back their products. This company has the worst customer service that I have ever seen. Don't buy their junk products!!!!! Also, Best Buy has lost my business forever. Even though Amazfit has crappy products and customer service, they still sell their products. Amazfit is a scammer business!!!
Very unethical way of selling products
I ordered a smart watch on Us.amazfit.com, it was not clearly mentioned that duties and taxes will be paid by the customer, it was hidden like those fine prints. Even FedEx didnât inform me of the same instead delivered the product to my door step without providing any information if there was any duty paid or not. And after more than a month a tax bill was mailed out to say we owe 68% to FedEx in lieu of duties and taxes paid as they have paid duty to customs on our behalf whereas no one either Amazfit or FedEx informed us. Will never be buying anything from them ever again and will never recommend anyone to buy anything from them. The same watch was equal to the same price I had to pay in duties and taxes to customs now it has cost me double the price available on Amazon.

Iâve had my Amazfit GTR 4 for just 2 years, and the crown button has already stopped working. But the real shock came when I tried to get help from Amazfitâs customer support â and I use the term âsupportâ very loosely.
Their WhatsApp support is beyond unprofessional. They canât even respond in basic, coherent English, consistently dodge questions, and take 2â3 days to respond at their convenience, if at all. It feels like theyâve outsourced support to people who have no idea what theyâre doing â or simply donât care.
Phone support is a joke. Calls either donât connect, or when they do, theyâre rudely disconnected mid-conversation. No apology, no solution â just complete disregard. As for their email support? Non-existent. Youâll be lucky to get a generic, copy-pasted reply (if you get one at all).
Itâs crystal clear that Amazfit is completely unwilling to engage in even the most basic level of customer communication. Forget empathy or solutions â youâll be fighting just to get a simple acknowledgment.
Itâs unacceptable that a premium smartwatch breaks down in just two years and the company acts like your issue doesnât exist. I strongly advise everyone to avoid Amazfit unless you want to deal with a product that doesnât last and a support team thatâs worse than useless.
Zufrieden und gute Produkte
Ich habe mehrer Produkte von Amazfit, die Amazfit Balance und den Helios Ring. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen. Schnelle lieferung, freundlicher Support und die Produkte haben eine hohe QualitÀt zu erschwinglichem Preis. Das Abo in der App was freiwillig ist lohnt sich meiner Meinung nach gerade Zepp Aura zum einschlafen. Die Preis-Leistung ist auch sehr gut.
I love these watches
I love these watches. Definitely worth the money and they are quite inexpensive. I started off with the Amazfit T-Rex, then bought the T-Rex 2 and when the T-Rex 3 came out I had to have it. These watches do all I need them to do and no gimmicks. Love their features and battery life. My wife has an Apple watch and and just cannot see myself having to charge the watch every day. Ok, OK, they advertise up to 24 days of battery life, but they key here is "Up to". Of course if all of the functionalities are enabled it will reduce the life significantly and yes, the watch warns you prior to enabling features. I have pretty much all features enabled and still get ~8 - 9 days! I am happy with that. They too are a real eye candy and I get asked and complements a lot about my watch!
Cracked Watch face
I was enjoying the watch and then I realized the face has a big scratch in it or a crack. I don't know how it got there. I didn't have an impact. I am retired so I don't go to work with a watch on and I don't do anything strenuous that would cause it to crack. I asked them for assistance. They said they cannot help. They told me that I had to get it repaired which would probably cost more than buying a new watch. I've only had the watch for about 90 days. Can I recommend this company will never buy another product from them.
Overheating T-Rex 3. No customer service or returns.
The new T-Rex 3 watch got very hot after two days of use. I sent a message to Amazfit that I want to return it. It's been 3 weeks and the customer service office has not responded to my two messages regarding the return. They have no customers, zero customer service so if you buy a watch and it's faulty you won't return it or Amazfit doesn't repair it under warranty because you can't contact them, no customer service.

A company that makes terrible products and has no moral or ethical value. My Amazfit GTR3 Pro watch had a faulty touchscreen within the warranty period, but Amazfit refuses to give me another watch to replace the faulty one.
