I was honestly worried my order was going to turn into a problem when there was an unexpected issue with delivery, but Amazing Garden stepped in and handled everything professionally. My hummingbird feeder arrived damaged due to tge carrier’s luck of handling and I was pretty upset! Likely, their customer service team responded quickly, kept me informed, and made sure the situation was resolved. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that actually stands behind its customers. In the end, I received exactly what I ordered and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Amazing Garden!

The copper colored watering can I ordered from this company and paid $45 for arrived a few days later. The product I received was in an Amazon box with an Amazon receipt and packing slip which indicated a purchase from the Amazon supplier YourJoy Outdoor. Amazon's price for this item is $31.99. The product I paid $45 for from "Amazing Garden" did not remotely represent the copper watering can I purchased from them. After emailing them with a request to return the item due to my dissatisfaction with the quality and color, I was instructed to submit photos of the product so that their "Quality Control" people could evaluate my return request. They emphatically stated that the product I received was the product I ordered. I then contacted Amazon and provided all of the order information as indicated on THEIR packing slip for THEIR item. I immediately received a refund from Amazon for $46 in addition to abundant thanks for making them aware of this transaction. Amazon has strict protocols for any third party Sellers that use their platform to fulfill orders which is posted online. Amazing Garden violated Amazon's strict guidelines by not providing any indication whatsoever that the package I received was from them. Stay far away from this deceptive company. This is a 100% honest and accurate review of my experience with Amazing Garden. Any contradiction, push back or allegations from them regarding the accuracy of this review is patently false. Buyers beware!

I ordered a hori garden knife on their website and paid $69.99. The company then ordered this knife on Amazon for 34.98 and had Amazon send it to me as a "gift." When I complained their response was rude denial.
