Working with Book Publishing Pros has been one of the best decisions I’ve made on my publishing journey. From day one, their communication was absolutely top‑tier. Aaron and his entire team made me feel like I was their only client — every question answered, every concern addressed, every step explained with patience and clarity.

As a first‑time author preparing to release not just one book but an entire three‑book series, I was nervous and unsure of what to expect. I worked with several different people during the writing and publishing of my first book. Overall, it was a good experience. Several times the girl I worked with changed what I wrote and that changed the meaning of a sentence. We worked together, and she changed the wording back as it was originally written and intended. It is important for the author to proofread everything carefully. David Collins was extremely helpful after the book was published working with me on social media content, the audiobook and website.

I can't say enough about how dedicated, eager, pleasant or helpful this company was to me. On my publication team, I had the absolute privilege to work with Daniel Green and David Collins, and I could go on for days about the work they did for me. They were extremely kind, patient, understanding and truly compassionate towards me every single step of the way. I emailed back and forth and had a phone call with them, and the entire process for me - as a small-town girl from Wisconsin - was terrifying, but they comforted and reassured me every time I expressed fear of being scammed, or of failing. When they reviewed my work, they gave me the highest praise I have ever received in my entire life on my writing, and gave very kind constructive criticism when it was needed. I was able to stay informed every single step of the way, and they never once got impatient when I repeatedly asked how things were going. They always kept me in the loop, and always kept ME in control of what was happening! They made a lifelong dream of mine come true, become real. I never thought I would be lucky enough to have this opportunity, and they made sure to support and encourage me every single day while we worked on my project.

I am eternally grateful to this company, and I truly hope they know that from the bottom of my heart, the kid in me that never believed I'd be able to do this, sees them as real-life superheroes.

When I set out to write a children's book I was looking for illustrators and I came across Native publishing who for a very reasonable cost was able to do the illustrations and help me complete my book. This was my first book and I knew nothing about the process and they were very patient and were able to take the time and give me the personal attention it took to make my book a reality. From inception, illustrations, publishing to Amazon and Barnes and Noble my project manager Hazel Roy made me feel like I was her only client always taking the time to walk me though every step and process. She earned my trust and now is handling my marketing campaign.

I have worked with them and my experience has been fabulous, their pleasant treatment, they care about customer satisfaction, they are responsible and punctual, very professional, I recommend them without problem.

The greatest experience I had through the entire process was working with the Staff! The whole Staff was extremely Talented, Courteous, Helpful, and Knowledgeable of the business. I worked primarily with John Morrison and Brian Ortiz who constantly kept me updated (via: email & phone calls) on the progress of my book at all times of the process stages. She was remarkably patient with my many changes and corrections, keeping me informed of progress at every point and remaining calm in the face of my endless (and needless) anxiety. I trusted everyone. I was under the assumption, if my books sold they too would have benefited.
I fell flat on my face,was no one to blame but me. So threw that manuscript in a drawer and said," I am finished," I was not going through this again. Then Martin called, l said "No!" I won't go through the same thing again. He did not give up. We talked he earned my trust. I am glad Martin seen something in mel. Now we are on our third book.

Martin Olson has been very professional in the job that he does and the cover design was excellent.

The formatting and editing teams have been inferior as they make mistakes that as payer for their services I should not have to catch. I have been working with them almost a month and had to send it back again with errors.

I am ready to get done and wish that I had never used them.

I was very pleased with the publishing of my book with KDP publishing. The files of my illustrations that I sent were not all the same size and the colouring was not consistent. Martin, the contact person on my team, was very helpful in advising me so I would end up with a book of really good quality. He was available to answer all my questions usually the same day I asked. The only draw back was that I live in Canada and I hadn’t realized when I first started I was dealing with an American company. So though the price was reasonable it just happened to be a bit more than I had anticipated. I also had to pay more to get the quality I wanted. But overall my experience with kdp publishing was very satisfying.

I have been working with Book Publishing Pros for a year and a half and I must commend Walter, Emile and Harry for their encouragement, support and excellent advice along the way. As this was my first novel. I was unaware of the process for marketing my book but their patience with my many questions and mistakes made it a true learning experience. The editing of my book was faultless and the projects they created and promoted for me such as the website were expertly and professionally completed. I am in the process of completing a second novel and am looking forward to working with them again.

What really made my experience great was how much the guys cared about my book. With all the other customers and clients they had. They still managed to make me feel special. They took great care with my book even going so far as to redo my cover at their own expense because they didn’t think the cover was good and they were right. The cover they created has been extraordinary. From beginning to end, I could think of no better publisher than this one. I intend to publish all my books with their help from now on because what makes a company is its customer service.

I have been working with this company over the past 1+ years publishing a series of books on behalf of a client. Most of these books present challenges, which have generally been resolved without incident. While there has been turnover in personnel, I have had to insist upon time limits for publishing, particularly when I am paying in advance for their work.

The company pushes very hard on marketing plans, and has fluctuated on the price per book, even in spite of my continued use of them. They do frequently "draw lines in the sand", offering "discounts" if I pay by certain dates (usually the end of the month).

In the past few months, my contact (Martin) has been very helpful in eliminating bottlenecks, and meeting deadlines.

I have not been happy about their payment system, as they only take credit cards, and have a weird system of debiting 3 parts to each payment, then crediting back two small amounts.

Overall I recommend them, with the caution that you should clearly spell out and document expectations, deadlines, and services.
