I have repeatedly tried to block trash content for my kids. Yet Amazon only lets you hide it, which means the programs are still there and despite thumbs down and hiding, many of these programmes just appear when on autoplay. Amazon please sort out protection for children and please get rids of half the absolutely appalling content.

The most incompetent imbecile drivers who need to be sacked in west London UB area, they think throwing items to the 'floor, without informing residents' is not breaching a legal contract. Disgusting, NO ONE SHOULD PAY FOR PRIME. Most of the time they don't even do next day deliveries and then if delivery occurs, it's left for thieves. Pathetic

Why when you charge £95 do you have to put on longer ads now???? I am pleased there is this platform to vent frustration when i feel that AMAZON do not really need to do this. No! I am paying enough to PRIME. Instead of the titles of the film you get 3 mins plus of adverts which in this case is just enough time to give me a chance to endorse the just above 1*rating you appear to be worth.

I just went to cancel my monthly subscription to Amazon Prime and I defo pressed end membership and they confirmed, its only because i went into my memberships to cancel crunchroll that I noticed that from today they were gonna charge me nearly 100 quid for a whole year!!! I checked my bank and it was pending, so I went to cancel and by default they have an option to cancel and above that an option to cancel and refund. Im lucky I was on it and the pending payment is gone. This is absolutely disgusting behaviour from a large company, it is absolutely 100% intentional, DO NOT SUPPORT AMAZON!!!

I’ve been using Amazon Prime for a good few years now, and it’s become a daily staple for me—I honestly end up ordering something most days. I was actually really surprised to see so many poor reviews on Trustpilot, because my experience with their customer support has been nothing short of amazing.

The real standout for me is how they handle issues. Recently, I ordered a vape that was supposed to arrive the next day. The tracking date suddenly glitched and jumped to three weeks away. I contacted customer service, and they were brilliant—they told me to just let them know when it finally arrived, and they would process a full refund. True to their word, as soon as it turned up, I got my money back immediately. No hassle, no arguments.

Room for Improvement:
​If I had to point out one flaw, it would be some of the delivery drivers.

​●Handling: Some don't seem to respect your packages and can be a bit rough.

​●Security: Packages are often just left on the doorstep in plain sight, which is an open invitation for someone to pinch them.

While the delivery side can be a bit hit-or-miss depending on your driver, the customer service more than makes up for it. They actually listen and fix things when they go wrong, which is why I’m happy to keep my five-star rating.

Just cancelled my prime subscription 2nd time this week Amazon has failed to deliver next day not fair to advertise next day delivery when you clearly have no intention of delivering on time sorry but I’m not going to pay for a service that you can’t provide plenty more places to shop

I'm beginning to wonder if paying for Amazon Prime is worth it.
More and more, next day delivery is postponed.
Subscriptions are forever being changed and any decent movies you have to pay extra for.
Starting to feel a little ripped off!

They advertise next day delivery for prime members, but more often than not....its a lot later.
On several occasions I've had to complain about the service, and how some of the couriers can not follow simple drop off instructions.
They also advertise next day delivery, but send it through Royal Mail.
Whats the point of paying for a prime service if they can not literally deliver.

Ads used to be much shorter, but now they are very long and annoying. Amazon should realize that shorter, more frequent ads are a much better solution for avoiding losing customers.

I resently purchased a lawnmower which was described as a new item. It was only that after I had made the payment that I tried to cancel the order I discovered that the item was second hand.
While they do publish customer reviews they are not displayed on the same page.
I wrote a review and just stated the facts they refused to publish because I criticised the service.
I had to bear the full cost of the return.
My main criticism is time it take to get a refund they operate an AI system which it not very helpful.I am still waiting for my refund.
I need to make a couple of large purchases but I have lost confidence in the service that I would expect.
The item was delivered back to the supplier on the 24th May and I have no communication from them or Amazon.

Worst delivery company I’ve ever experienced!!! Can’t decipher between number 1 & 7 always delivering to the wrong address , leaving parcels either on the road or chucked on the floor in public areas not even close to where the customer lives . Will be cancelling my prime membership & no longer shopping with Amazon .

Update now that's three parcels not coming next day that I've paid for !

So I pay prime and order something that should have come next Day but it suddenly changes overnight to the 1 st of April so 6 days in total

NEVER deliver when they say they will. What’s the point of paying for a service you don’t receive. You could say Amazon are giving misleading and or false information

I recently ordered an expensive item. I had a notification saying handed to resident. This was neither handed to myself or my housemate. Customer services were useless saying check the bins outside. I’m not sure if they’re aware but bins are not residents. I then found ripped up Amazon packaging with my name and address on it in the street. I fail to understand why the driver said handed to resident when he clearly left it in the front garden for someone to steal and Amazon seem completely disinterested in this.

I'm done with them. Awful reliability
