Didn't even get past a phone call. Rude from the start. Hung up on us. After we called back he said we asked too many questions and to go buy a car from somewhere else. Highly doubt this call was recorded for training purposes as stated.

The first time I went was a couple of years ago. I test drove a BMW which was in a terrible state cosmetically. It had warning lights on and limped back to the dealers. The dealer seemed annoyed that I hadn’t bought it and made out I was wasting his time. Went back today hoping for a better experience, thinking it might have changed since the last time. WRONG! I drove an Audi A3 which did crank for a while before starting. Then when I drove it the engine management light came on and it lost almost all power, as if in limp mode. Obviously I decided not to buy the car. When telling the dealer about the issues he told me to ‘go and buy my cars from somewhere else!’ He didn’t believe me about the issues and said he drove it from Manchester and it was fine. Maybe he did, but, there was a receipt in the car from the last time it was sold by a dealer in Reading - quite a long way from Manchester! Was he telling the truth? You decide!

Hung up on me when discussing the price of a car. Angry and unprofessional, avoid.

Sexist gimp. He didn't take me seriously as a woman and asked for the "man".

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRADER. HE SELLS DEATH TRAPS ON WHEELS. POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. THIS MAN FLEW IN TO THIS COUNTRY TO CHEAT HARDWORKING PEOPLE.

Scratches everywhere.Buy the look of it all cars they sell they been involved in accident.But somehow they are unrecorded. and they sell them as hpi clear when in reality they are not. Also the "good reviews" they write themselves what a joke of a company they need to be reported to vosa and watchdog. Most of the cars are all damaged repaired take a mechanic and body repair with you and you will be shocked they need shutting down.So please be careful and don't waste your time and hard earned money on buying cars from them.

Screwing up positive reviews on google maps and selling bad cars. My friend's business in Hamburg, Germany, which has a similar name to this company, suffered because of their unscrupulous work
