I have had night sweats on and off for about 15 years. I decided to try the three month course of Amberen to see if relief was possible. I noticed a gradual reduction in the intensity of the night sweats after about three weeks into the program. After two months of taking Amberen as prescribed, the frequency of night sweats was very much diminished. I completed the three month perscribed dosage two weeks ago. My night sweats are very infrequent now and I have a much better night's sleep.

The bonus that I found while taking Amberen is weight loss! I started a diet program one month before I started taking Amberen and the result was frustrating. One week after taking Amberen, I saw the scales start to move downward. I have lost 12 pounds in the three months I was taking Amberen. I am continuing to lose weight even after completing the Amberen program.

I have taken Amberen twice now. I waited to long before ordering it the second time and I will not wait as long this time. I didn't need it right away I felt good for almost 6 months after taking the first supply. When I realized how much my body had changed again, when i ordered Amberen I felt like I started all over again. So this time i will be ordering within 4 months after taking my supply, even if I don't think I need to, so it doesn't totally come out of my system. I have been taking Amberen and Amberen for weight loss for 1 1/2 months now and have not lost one single pound! I watch what I eat, drink an ocean of water a day, get moderate exercise and plenty of sleep and still nothing! This is the second time I feel I may have wasted my money on this product. I am very discouraged. The last time I was this heavy I was eight months pregnant with my son I hated it then (the weight, not my son) and I hate it now. Tired of of the empty hype and no results!

It took about 2 week so adjust to my stomach, apparently it not a smart idea to take it with coffee. So I started taking all meds @ 7:00 pm & no more issues. I know you recommend that you only take this product for 2-3 months with a break in between however I started getting menopause symptoms right away. So I h a 've been taking Amberen for about 2 years. I love the product & I recommend it to every woman that are going through menopause.

I'm very pleased with amberen! I was having so many hormone fluncuations through out the month, with night sweats as well. Since being on amberen all these things have stopped. At the age of 42 to be having mood swings that were crazy, and feelings that just weren't me, I needed something. My doctor said I was in Para menopause and said we could do birth control but I just wasn't a fan of that. I told my mom about it and she uses amberen and recommended it. I got right online and ordered it. It WORKED!! My hubby thanks you and I thank you!!

Until I found amberen I could not go thru a day without having a number of hot flashes and night sweats, but now I don't have then as often, and sometimes not at all.

I started Amberen 3 years ago, right after my partial hysterectomy. I was 47 then, and of course the hot flashes and sleepless night came right away. I heard the comertial on the radio over and over again and knowing that it was not a drug med I decided to give it a try. I like to try something natural first and if it does not work I'll go with the prescription drug. But guess what, I could not be more happy with the results, I'm a certified medical assistant and while all my coworkers are suffering with hot flashes, I'm fresh as a blooming flower.

Amberen is helping me through menopause. I have been using this product for almost 2 years. I still get quit a few hot flashes a day but Amberen has helped to control them. If I forget to take it (due to a hectic morning)I feel the difference! I'm happy with the results of this product. If somehow they improve it, that would be all the better!I will continue to buy Amberen a long as I need it! Thank you, this has been a lifesaver!!!

HRT was not a option for me, so I researched products on the Internet. I found Amberen. It worked fairly well for me, but now because I have estrogen/progesterone positive cancer. I am unable to take this. It cut my hot flashes to two or three day. Before this I was having them 24/7. Thank you for a good product.

I was literally going insane with the myriad of menopausal symptoms - from itching and hot flashes to night sweats and insomnia. My friends and family sat me down and said they wanted Grace back, now. I had tried different natural remedies that were no longer working. Amberen took away my night sweats and my hot flashes!

I began taking Amberen over two years ago and can honestly say it has helped with my symptoms. From mood swings, to hot flashes and the dreaded night sweats, this product has brought me relief. I take one does each day and if I know I am going to be in a very stressful situation, I will take two. It helps...at least it helps me with my ongoing menopause.

I recommend amberen to everyone who has difficult menopause symptoms. I know there is no one"cure" that works for everyone's body makeup, but I would encourage you to try it for a minimum of 30 days. It has made a notable difference in every area of my life.... fewer hot flashes and night sweats, I sleep much better, my emotions are more stable, and I have a desire and energy to do life.

I would definitely recommend this product to any woman who needs help with menopausal symptoms! It has helped with my hot flashes, no more night sweats and even helps with weight maintenance for me. As for libido, well, I wish it could do more in that department LOL!

Amberen has worked so good for me. I was having night sweats all night long. It was so hard to get a good nights sleep. Now I can sleep all night long. No more night sweats!!! My hot flashes have almost disappeared too. I still have them once in awhile, but they aren't near as bad and they don't last as long either. My libido is back too. I am still using Amberen and will continue to use it.

I don't know what I was expecting, but this product has not met my expectations. I am suffering terrible hot flashes all day and sleepless nights from the night sweats. I did run out of the product, and went for a week without and before refills arrived. I did notice improvement once I started product again, but it certainly has not provided the desired relief I was hoping for.
