Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service, I contacted them yesterday regarding a fault, they got back to me straight away and sending out a replacement first class! Two years after purchase!
Brilliant company their underfloor heating is great and customer service outstanding
Definitely recommend!

Happy person

With the help of my builder I ordered the underflooring mats and received them within 2 days. They are very easy to lay, taking your time to read the instructions enclosed. I am very happy

Very prompt service

Very prompt service, next day delivery. Since ordering the new underfloor programmable thermostat the old one which was playing up has started to work again. I have not therefore fitted the new one but will do so when it becomes troublesome again.
