Careful When Ordering A Custom Color
I paid extra for a “custom color”, but the color was way off. I was never offered a solution to fix the problem, so I will have to paint all of the trim (which will be a nightmare) Also, the communication isn’t the best. Sometimes it takes a few days for someone to email back. The lights seem to be made of good quality. Lastly, in the setup instructions, there wasn’t much clarity on how to connect the wires to the control module. I did receive confirmation on how to connect them via email. Still, much cheaper then “JellyFish Lighting” but the customer service could use some work.
