fast and responsive customer service, great product and reasonably priced

The service from these people is great, I have waited no more than 20 seconds for a reply if i have an issue. A lot of other companies could learn some good lessons from them.

I needed guidance regarding using the IPTV service - late at the weekend - the response I got was immediate and extremely helpful

My partner swears by Ambkonnect, so I decided to give them a try. I purchased a firestick with a years subscriiption back on 13 February 24. To date I am still waiting.. They do not respond to emails. I have chased for weeks now for either the goods I paid for or a refund. They are crafty enough to make you pay via Paypal as friends or family so you are unable to obtain any help from Paypal for return of funds. I really would like to experience all the good reviews they have, but at this moment in time to say I am dissatisfied in an undersatement
