Kommt man bei einem Drop in den Shop, funktioniert der Basketbutton nicht, so das man keinen Artikel in den Warenkorb legen kann, und fliegt kurz darauf einfach mal so aus dem Shopsystem.

Metto 4 stelle e non 5 perchè per amd intendo sia cpu che gpu, purtroppo per queste seconde non ci siamo proprio, distanti anni luce da nvidia ma per quanto riguarda le cpu siamo al top del top, negli ultimi anni hanno distrutto l'impero intel proponendo un processore migliore dell'altro, l'ultimo mio acquisto risale a poche settimane fa, trattasi di un ryzen 7 5800x, una bomba atomica che ti fa viaggiare il pc liscio come l'olio, anche sotto stress totale la cpu non supera il 70% di utilizzo anche perchè questi ryzen hanno una grande tecnologia che sfrutta la ram a loro favore facendo meno fatica. L'unica pecca sono le temperature, dovete abbinare il processore ad un buon dissipatore, io posseggo un noctua ad aria ed è perfetto mai superati gli 80 grandi anche sotto stress pesante. AMD kennt kein widerruf! der Support arbeitet mit Textbausteinen und versteht anscheinend nicht was der Kunde will. Nach dem Kauf ein widerruf gestellt, Digital River der für AMD den Verkauf abwickelt fühlt sich nicht zuständig. Der AMD Support weiß nicht was ein Widerruf ist, und will Fotos von der Verpackung und unbeschädigten Siegel haben?! Da sie sonst die Ware nicht zurück nimmt. Kann mir hier jemand weiter helfen oder hat ein Tipp für mich?! Ich kann jedem hier ausdrücklich vor dem AMD bzw. Digital River warnen - kauft dort NICHT ein!

Although its cheapest then Intel, AMD products is also very durable. used an amd build desktop and it ran perfectly and extremely responsive. but maybe my build was a pricey build but still, would recommend if you're a bit lower on budget, uou'll get your moneys worth.

3700x is a pretty solid choice I've made almost two years ago, looking forward to the price drop on a new generation of CPUs.

Ok so I bought into the Ryzen hype and regret it ever since. Purchased a desktop Ryzen 2400g APU and it never worked well with RAM. I concluded the memory controller is problematic and that AMD refuses to admit it. Then I bought a Athlon 3050u notebook that just isn’t up to modern day tasks and yet it reserves 2gb of RAM for the Vega 3 graphics? In a notebook that came with 4gb of RAM! The software and drivers are another whole issue that just never seem to get resolved. I completely lost faith in AMD and it’s quality and will go back to Intel in the future.

I Prodotti di persè sono buoni un buon rapporto qualità prezzo, il problema è che a vendere Le GPU, non lo sanno fare, mesi e mesi di attesa per delle schede video è ridicolo, intanto ti mentono dicendo miners, senza prendere nessuna contro misura per impedire il mining e impedire alle persone di comprarle e rivenderle al triplo del prezzo.
è una situazione vergognosa che un azienda non sappia vendere in tempi e in modi corretti a un cliente. metto 3 stelle perchè i prodotti sono buoni metterei 1 anche meno per i servizzi.

j'ai eu le malheur de commander deux cartes graphiques sur leur shop..... la première a été perdue par le transporteur, la seconde a été renvoyée à l'expéditeur 2 jours ouvrés après avoir été déposée au point de livraison que j'avais spécifié (centre de tri de chronopost)..... mais le vrai scandale est qu'AMD n'a JAMAIS fait suite à mes demandes de relivraison...Le SAV francophone, dont l'interlocuteur est un certain Kevin, fait la sourde oreille. Par bonheur j'avais payé via Paypal et j'ai pu me faire rembourser du premier achat. le second litige est en cours de traitement. J'espère une réponse de Kevin....

Ich habe die RX550 und ich muss sagen ich werde AMD nie wieder holen und niemandem empfehlen. Die Einstellungen für Grarfikkarten sind nicht vorhanden also schlechter als schlecht. Man kann nicht explizit eine grafikkarte auswählen, auf der das System laufen soll. Minecraft zum Beispiel verwendet die GPU garnicht und es gibt keine möglichkeit das auszuwählen (also 4fps minecraft). Kundensupport ist schlecht, ich versuche mich seit 1 Jahr im Forum von AMD zu registrieren, egal wie oft ich es probiere, ich habe seit 1 jahr keine Bestätigungsmail bekommen egal wie oft und auf welche mails ich es probiert habe. Only given one star as I have to to post. Ordered a strap for my Fitbit versa 3. Paid for fast delivery. Two weeks on and nothing received. Not even an excuse, They are a con!!!! Usually check on Trust Pilot but don’t know why I didn’t this time. Paid with Paypal so will be raising an issue.
