I don't know why Ameren can't get electricity to stay up -I've never lived in a city -and I've lived in quite a few -who has the electricity go out quite as often as st.louis ameren does

I talked to Charles today. He was so very nice to me. So patient. He deserves a very high ration! :)

This unexpected increase in my bill has increased my risk of being behind on bills, How dare you increase your rates when the majority of us are struggling as it is, I keep my air set at 77 or 78!! What a shame that now I need to find a company that will have my needs in mind and not to gain substantial moneys by stabbing your faithful customers!!!!

We’re already struggling to afford basic necessities like food — this sudden increase in our ameren bill is not just frustrating, it’s unfair. Many of us are doing everything we can to make ends meet, and these rising utility costs are making it nearly impossible to get by. Something has to change.

Power went out on the whole street. Both my neighbors power was back on 6 hours later I still had no power. How the hell does that happen. Both neighbors on the side of me. Yall suck. If I could switch to another company I would. My power never came back on. Again you suck.

Ameren supplies the electricity for the town I live in. Harrisburg, Illinois. I would like to say they have the friendliest and most helpful customer service I've ever dealt with.

Great company. Has different rates for summer and winter even lets you select who their third-party gas is through so you can pick the lower rates (they just came in May). I was able to get a specific start date for gas and electric before I moved from another state. I was able to docusign everything I needed to to set up my account. I've contacted them twice once to set up and the second to ask a question about the dates for the bill. Both times customer service was great, quick, and friendly.
