Not every situation is the same and reaching out to the ADR team for the same. Mari, Pat, and Chelsea have been a blessing in helping me get past my debt concerns while being honest, upfront as well as prompt on every request by the creditor.

Truly such a beautiful company! Employees and environment are amazing. I had so many questions and they were all asked and explained in a very understanding way and my credit is already benefiting from it! 10/10 recommend :))
