American Alternative Assets was fantastic in helping me convert my traditional IRA to one with precious metals. They answered my questions, gave me sound advice on which metals to invest in, and walked me through every step of the process! Fabulous professionals who know what they are doing!!

I will have to say that I was originally only looking for information to be sent to me, but when I actually had the first conversation with Walter, I was immediately impressed. His years of experience and knowledge with precious metals, and his patience with me, answering all my questions, made understanding the process of and purchasing really easy. Shipping was very secure with daily communications.We still remain in contact well after the purchase has been completed. We wouldn't consider buying any precious metals from any other company and highly recommend purchasing all of your precious metals from AAA

I have been blown away with the process and service that I received with AMERICAN ALTERNATIVE ASSETS. I had not been satisfied with the attention from my accounts in the stock market. I sent out several inquiries regarding some alternative assets. I was treated so well by Michael Danian and his associate. Tony Lin. I will start by saying I went to this company not knowing much about precious metals, But the friendly and helpful people there took lots of time providing me with as much info as I could digest. I’ve had several great experiences with American Alternative Assets…I’ve worked with Randy Ashburn each time and know that I can trust where my money is going.
The process is pretty simple and the ship time is really fast. In this day and age, it’s intimidating to send money to companies that you don’t know, but I’m confident with American Alternative. I’ve been educated and understand exactly where my investment is going and what I’m going to receive. I get a list of all the metals that I purchase along with the number and worth of each piece. I totally encourage you to invest in gold and silver with how crazy our economy is. It’s also reassuring to know that you can always sell it back if you need to get some money back in the bank. Since I’ve built a relationship with Randy, I’ll always go back when I’m ready to purchase more. I’ve referred other people to him and they are all as pleased as I am.

I had a goal of investing in something besides cash in the bank so contacted American Alternative Assets for assistance buying some precious metals.. I feel very satisfied with my purchase after the company fixed an misunderstanding we had. I've considered diversifying with gold before but never pulled the trigger. I'm super impressed with the way AAA has handled my account and concerns. They've been great to work with and I will be coming back.
