Bogus bogus bogus….they do what they claim in the small print but totally mislead you. It is a perfect trap for people like my 78 year old mother that don’t know to be on the look-out for shady things like this. And now that we went to the appt and found out it is no good, it is too late for a refund. Shame on you people. And you are a bad person if you work there. Period.

I do believe I have been scammed..i even went to my bank to stop payment..itcwas supposed to arrive today and there's nothing..I'm on a fixed income and they took my money

Like everyone else - this is a scam. They present like you’re paying the TSA pre check fee; however, they’re just setting up your appointment and charging you more than the cost for pre-check. Dispute filed with my bank.

Scam. Went to TSA office and had to pay. So don't spend your money

first of all this doesn't do anything accept take a fee you still have to go to the proper site in person to complete this process and pay again. I will dis cute any charges that post to my credit card. I will report you to the. bank have a good day

Biggest LIARS previously returned an email regarding TSA PRE CHECK!! WOULD NOT trust this company with anything!!!!!!

Beware of this company. They took our money and now will not communicate. Multiple emails and phone messages are ignored. Don't know if we should go to our TSA appointment. Can you spell SCAM.

I searched to obtain a new social security card and thought I was getting to ssa directly. They charged me $64.

I have contacted my credit card company to cancel this transaction/service.

Later I carefully signed into my ssa account and requested a new card at no charge.

I don't understand how these random companies are allowed to do this.

This company appeared as though it was part of TSA. Posing as a place to sign up and get my TSA pre-check appointment and pay for the service. I got a receipt from them showing payment, they listed an appointment location, time etc. for me and charged my card $95. When I went to the appointment at the TSA pre-check location they merely asked if I had an appointment. I didn't have the proper documentation and did not receive my TSA pre-check. When I asked her if I receive a refund until I have the proper documents, she appeared surprised and said we haven't charged you anything. I believe this is a scam site possibly FRAUD! Don't waste your money!!!

This company acted like a government site posing as a place to sign up and get my TSA prec-check appointment and pay for the service. I love the service, the customer service is really amazing, very polite and efficient. They help me to do the process easier and fast, I felt I always had their support and guidance.

The service in general is good, highlighting the technical support, I requested my TSA precheck but I had problems with the last step of choosing the documentation I had to present but when I contacted them they resolved the problem quickly.
