American Finance is and was amazing for me and my family. 👍🏾👍🏾 for the people that help me over there with my paperwork. If your reading this and your looking for a finance company call American Finance they will be there to assist you.

The process was simple, fast, and great result.

I used them to pay for an unexpected car repair. It was easy to set up account with the auto pay feature. I could check my account whenever I wanted. It helped me, who's credit score isn't perfect to get what needed to be done, especially in an emergency. Would use them again if needed.

Since they have changed their website, it has been very difficult logging on and if you forgot your password to reset your password, they will send you an email, but there is a long delay of 5 to 10 minutes before you get the email and when you go back to put the code in to reset your password, it tells you you have exceeded your time And this is what’s happening with the new website. That’s the only bad experience I have going on now.

I’ve been dealing with American first finance for a couple of years. I’ve had a pleasant experience with the company. No , complaints…

I called and set up something where I could pay it all off and the next thing you know they took my payment out after giving me a date to pay that date. Why would you take my payment out if I'm paying it off? They should have stopped payment. And then had me pay it on that certain date. Now that messes the interest up after we did what we discussed.

Easy and fast presses took just a few minutes. Always there when I need it specially in an emergency.

Horrible company they charge me almost $1200 extra in financing. I would never recommend this company

Excelente financiera para compra en cualquier tienda pero para prestamos en efectivo a sus clientes q siempre le an quedado bien demasiado interés yo diría exceso 178% de interes q es eso un abuso al cliente

They help me to fet what I needed when others wouldn't, my credit wasn't to good,but now it getting alot better, those that wouldn't help me because of my score want see me when it a great score, AAF help me when I needed it most, so I recommend them to anyone who having issues.

Everything I have is through Americans first payment options helped alot.

It’s best to pay off your loan early,but I got sick and couldn’t work and wasn’t able to pay it off early.It’s costing me way too much money now.

I was able to have a car loan experience. I was able to affordably pay it off today.

I thinks the fee was way way to much you are already charging me interest there was no need to charge $106.50 just to open the account this is highway robbery just thought I’d let you know since you asked for a review

Horrible horrible company I got the financing through Bell's furniture no knock to Bell's Furniture but if this is who y'all using you might want to rethink it. This company American first finance from day one I could never access my account couldn't see what I owed can,what I was paying for, never my balance or anything. I called several times never got the issue resolved. I got so frustrated they just stop taking my money out my account I guess I had paid enough but horrible horrible company nobody could help me. I would never ever use them again I would rather sleep on the floor instead of go through American First Finance. F rating
