Jordan and his team designed a stellar design. The team is highly talented and professional. This was my first logo and Jordan and his team was very understanding of my design. They created a design in matter of days. In addition I received business card with a excellent finish. Highly recommend American Logo Designers

Take your money and run should be the name of this company. I don’t know how many business names this group works because it’s a twisted mess. Buyer beware. They do not return calls or messages. My next stop State of California Dept of Justice.

Jason, apparently a Sr. Project Manager, called me with a tremendous attitude stating that I have 4 projects that are "uncompleted". That is what happens when a company takes your money and runs! Isn't it? Jason didn't know what services I contracted for and just said the company I contracted with "closed"! The funny thing is. When I first researched the services, I was led to American Logo Designers website which became Design Central Ltd which became Greenlake Designers! Jason became extremely angry when I told him all the names American Logo Designers go by online! Why get mad if it isn't true? So you tell me, who was I doing business with since you go by numerous business entities? Yet, when I need status updates on projects, no one answers or responds! When I told him that it's shady practice to portray yourself as multiple companies online, he got very nasty. I told him, you are just calling me now after 8 months saying you will "took-over" where Greenlake designers/Design Central Ltd left off yet you have no affiliation with them plus you have an attitude? hmmm... When I told Jason he has an attitude, he hung up the phone. That an example on how professional this company is! They hung up the phone on their customers! Do you really think a company who treats their customers like this is going to make good on my 4 uncompleted projects? Very doubtful! Ironically, Jason has the audacity to have an attitude, really? WOW! Stay away!

As the title states, this was a great business relationship in the beginning. The logo design and concept were exceptional. However, I will admit I was a bit undecided when it came to three other concepts I wanted to assemble. A tailgate sign, Logo hot stamp, and website. The Consultant was top rate in returning three main ideas, or packages for me to consider. The first package would be nearly $200.00. We found that to be the best option for our immediate requirements. The second option involved a few more products for a higher rate, and the third option was the most expensive at nearly $700.00. As we are a business just starting out, we elected to go with the first option, and consider the rest as time went on. The Consultant then became rather rude, pushing the higher option, explaining it was in our best interest, and would make him the most money. That was it. With that statement, I closed the account and will deal with another agency. They may have great products, but really need to have a hard look at the way their Consultants conduct business. Ours could have been a longstanding relationship. But the, "I know what's best for you" attitude put a hard stop to all of it. I remember an old 90's business saying when I was in Sales. I wish I had come up with it. "In the Bible, David slew Goliath with the jawbone of an ass. Everyday 10,000 sales are killed the same way!"

Oh I love this company I work with Frank and he did an amazing job he listen to me and delivered exactly what I wanted my logo looks amazing my website is phenomenal. I’m so happy and excited. I am so happy I went with this company to design your logo and website. If I could give an award for the best design logo and website I’ll give the word to you guys. Thank you so much for bringing my dream into reality.

DON’T FALL FOR THE SCAM!!!!
Worst experience I have ever had with a design company. If I could give them 'O' stars I would. The designers are in another country. These guys are liars and in cahoots with "Logo Vision' another lying company. Terrible design. Do not waste you time or money. They use so called designers in another country on the other side of the world. Caught them in that lie too. Elementary, first-grade crap. Me: I have a degree in Art and managed 6 graphic designers. I know what I speak of!!

I was working with Brandon at first and it was awful. He did not help with anything. Then I was paired with Gabriel and it was like night and day. I am very hard to work with and very indecisive. He understood everything I wanted and went above and beyond to get us our perfect logo. Could not be happier with our finished product and how much Gabriel helped us.

I contact American Logo for help with my company logo. Jordan was Support Manager who was with me during the whole process. American Logo reached our expectations and did a very good job. Also got the social media package. Well done!!!!!!

Mr. Chris Eckens, Lead Consultant & Senior Project Manager & his very skilled designers.

Chris, had a phone conference with me immediately to understand what exactly was my vision for my book logo. He kept his word for every appointment that he told me to expect from him to further discuss logo changes and etc..

I LOVE my Classy and Sophisticated Logo!!!!!!!!!

Got the pleasure of Nick Bateman being assigned to my project for a custom logo design for my local club and he was awesome. gave him just a few ideas to run off of and he blew me away with exactly what I was thinking in my head. There was a two day turn around time which he had no issues sticking to and was even up for making any changes I felt necessary before purchasing the final copy. Im sure me and my club will be back to do business with Nick in the near future.

My lead Consultant and project Manager was Chris. He was very good at communication throughout the process!! My designs were done in a timely manner and very professional. After I picked my design it was sent to me the same day. I would recommend this company for anyone needing a logo!!!
