American Logo Designers レビュー

We started out with a logo design. Alan, my PM was excellent. He listened to what I wanted and delivered a fabulous new logo for our business. Then we decided to use them for our eCommerce website and marketing. The cost was very reasonable. We are still working on the website but I am very confident that they will deliver something amazing. I was very impressed by his patience with all the countless changes we had and the concepts we received. I highly recommend them.

I have had one of the best experiences with Eric Kasper. I would have been lost had he not been on my team. He has walked me through this process and made things so much easier for me. Emily Brown and Eric Kasper are two of the most consistent, professional people that you guys have in this company. I have sent so many of my clients to this company and some are not pleased until I had them work with Eric. He makes the customer first. He is very patient, understanding, and eagered about helping customers. I will forever be apart ofmtjis family of business UNLESS he relocated his job. Thank you for hiring such great people. He makes customers stay and feel like they matter.

Admittedly, I was getting really impatient, because I felt that I was getting ignored trying to get some necessary changes/updates on my website. Then came Rose Fischer, who I would highly recommend if you need some work done on your website. Rose was able to get things updated within a couple of weeks. Thank you, Rose!!

Stacey was awesome and very professional! She answered emails in a timely manner and stayed in contact with me every step of the way building my website! Stacey has a positive attitude and was always here to help when I needed her. Thank you Stacey and American Logo Designers Team for your professionalism and great service!!! He wants your business to not just to come into fruition. He wants your business to succeed from as many sources and platforms as possible. Most importantly, he's knowledgeable. Sometimes we need a visitor like Gabriel, in our lives to 'PUSH' us closer to our destiny

Great experience with the website development team. Alan the head of the development for my project has been very reliable and always keeping in touch and updating me with the progress. Also they have great prices and incredible customer service

Was good for 6 months. When my attorney gives me the ok for details to be released I will update review.

We are very happy with our website. The response time was excellent. Ronnie Adams did a great job listening to our needs and translating that to an amazing website. We are getting great feedback on it already.

Alan Thompson with American Logo Designers was fabulous to work with! He took my ideas and turned them into something I love!

Can't wait to see how amazing my website will be that he is doing!

I have been working with logo Jeeves for 2 years now and my experience has been great. Initially worked with Dwayne Parker and gave him details on my vision for both my business logo/design and my non profit and the results were super. Over the pas few month I have been working with Ronnie Adams on my website and he has been outstanding. Great attention to details, knowledgeable, and always has the “customers experience” of the website at the core of it all. Will definitely recommend!

American Logo Designers is amazing! They produced exactly what I wanted. They respond quickly and stay in touch through the whole process! I highly this company!!

These guys are great! They do what they say they will when they say. They are constantly calling or texting when there is progress and they need input. Always happy to make changes, and are looking for you to be absolutely happy at the end of the process. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Frank has been amazing to work with! He is smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and very easy to work with, his suggestions are right on target, and he adds an immense value to this entire process and program. I will always recommend Frank and his team to anyone looking for logo, website and SEO marketing support. He made every step so easy so far. Thank you!

I came to American Logo designs with a vision of how I wanted my logo to look for my brand and they made it became a reality. The designers and logo managers were extremely patient and understanding with me. They tried all the different ideas I threw their way until I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend them for any business and I plan on using their services again in the future.

American Logo Designers are GREAT! They have designed ALL my logos for my businesses. I receive DAILY COMPLIMENTS about my logos. They work REALLY hard developing the customers ideas and visions. Their turnaround time is quick and efficient. They also have EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They are available to respond and answer questions ALMOST IMMEDIATELY!

I am still waiting for my letterheads and stationary that I was told I would recieve.
Based on that; I took down my original review calling it a scam because someone reached out to me and said they would correct the issue but it has been over a month and I don't have the rest of my business tools.
This is unacceptable.
I paid over $200.

Complete scam. I signed up and paid for a logo design and they never called. I called them and it sounded like an overseas call center in the background and I kept getting disconnected. I told them to refund my money before the process started and they they needed a reason. I told them I had a bad feeling about there company and they informed me they needed a better reason. They were extremely rude and told me a refund
would not be issued. They did nothing for me and still have not refunded my money. I am currently disputing the charge.

I highly recommend these guys! Very professional and helpful throughout the entire process! I needed a logo and website! The project mgr was patient and very helpful in guiding me on my new business venture!

Needed a logo designed for my new business and didn’t know where to start. I searched the web and ended up here. Team was good at responding to emails and texts. Designs came quickly and looked decent. Easy to work with and prompt. Through the process there was a few hiccups but we worked through and established common ground. Overall pleased. My recommendation is ask lots of questions and be involved in the process so both parties are on the same page. Good luck!!!! Will use in future if needed!!!

Please do not waste your time or money with this company! They are a scam and sham! They will sell you a package and not deliver on goods sold! I paid 259.00$ for a package that included copyrights. Bogus! They do not tell you that it is only for an application fee! They want more money just to give you the run around some more! Do not and I repeat do not mess with these people! Big scam
