I didn't have a good experience trying to be a new customer
I spoke with Anouk, who cleared up some miscommunication that occurred during my original intake with another person at the company. They reached out to better understand what occurred during my original intake call.
We discussed the quote, fees, and the down payment that I could not find on the website, and was only told to during the intake call. They told me that they will speak to the company about this because I felt like these were âhiddenâ fees sprung upon me that I would have liked to know about upfront. The fees are 35 euros if IRS contacts due to a tax issue, etc, then you do have to pay for them to read a document, email, etc. The down payment is 150 euros.
I also expressed that I found them to use a sales scare tactic, which I was not happy with, where they talked highly of themselves and spoke about other tax companies. I did not like hearing this and being told that if I cared about my taxes being done right, I should come to them as they are competent and reliable, both of which I find as a prerequisite in this profession, handling government documents and private customer information.
I have updated my review based on the care that Anouk had with me, but I would like others to know about the down payment and fees that I was only told about during the intake.
