This was my first time purchasing gold or silver. Sophia and James made the experience from the beginning to end so pleasant. They guided my wife and I through the entire process and it was not easy on them as my wife and I both were rolling our 401Ks over to IRAs, which ended up being a challenge as I was still in the process of retiring and my wife had been retired for over a year.

The transfer of funds went smoothly on the America’s Gold Company end. They were very knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had. They didn’t make us feel inferior. They kept us very much informed and lead us through every part of the acquisition.
