I ordered these as a gift. I'm very happy with the quality and how fast they shipped. I have purchased many items from Ameridown and tell friends about them.

Wonderful customer service! I ordered two deep pocket fitted sheets but I received two sets of standard sheets. The customer service quickly responded. They asked me keep the sheets and mailed me the right ones right away. I received my purchase next day. I was delighted.

I found AmeriDown on a list of companies that make their products in America. I do not want to buy Chinese products. When the order came of several large items, every single package said, Made in China. When I tried to return the box, this company does not answer their phone. They have 2 phone numbers, don't answer. There is no way to contact them on the website. What do I do now??????

Ordered a set of pillowcases which were on sale. After about 10 days USPS rang my door for a postage-due package. I refused, and no refund was issued until I emailed customer service. Response was “that’s a first” and amount was refunded.

The customer service representative with whom I communicated went above and beyond in responding to a request I made for my order.

I like that the comforter is made in the USA but I was sad to see when I got it that it is "assembled" in the USA. Ya'll should use all USA materials. The best cotton in the world, supima, is made here. There are cotton mills all over the country making great materials. FK china.

The comforter is good. It's light fill, which is pretty good for summer. I still throw it off most nights & just use a sheet but my wife loves it, which is all that matters. Happy wife, happy life.

I was very disappointed to find that the duvet cover I received was made in China rather than the USA. Its page did not state where it was made, so it was my fault for not inquiring further, but I'd originally planned to purchase sheets made in USA, but then decided to get the duvet cover instead, and didn't notice that it did not also say Made in USA. I returned the duvet cover the day I received it, and the refund was processed very quickly. Please clearly mark each product's page with its manufacturing location.

The blanket quickly arrived and it is perfect - exactly as described.

This is a great down comforter! We sleep a lot better. It has a great weight and the fabric is beautiful. I love the linen color. My only thing is that I wish it had tabs in the middle like the ones in the corners. The comforter sags to the middle of the duvet cover because it’s only tied in the corners. As I said, I wish there were 8 total ties, the 4 in each corner and 4 in the middles to secure the down comforter.

Delivered on time. Sheets seem of good quality, have only used once so far. Love the print (birds). It is so hard to find sheets for a split king that aren't solid and aren't microfiber, was happy to find these. Great value for the price. Will buy again. Only wish they made them with corner straps as they fit well, but pop off the corners every few days.
