I wish we had read reviews too, my husband won and decided to withdraw at £190, submitted all ID requested, exactly how they asked and an automated reply came back saying that they didn't meet the criteria. This was 10.26am BST, we have uploaded twice since then and conveniently they emailed back the next day each time we uploaded the documents at exactly 10.26am BST.... Automated response, clearly not being checked whatsoever! Says to email their team and has a different email and no response at all, also says friendly live chat but can not find a link for that either. Now my husbands account as been refunded the £190 but he has no way of accessing it to withdraw or to play! Absolute scammers. Reporting to the appropriate authorities and will be taking it further. Its not about the money it is the principle and how they are scamming so many people! I suspect they will be ordered to pay out winnings and with a bit of luck shut down.

Never have I been asked to upload documents to prove who I am, I uploaded my bank card with middle numbers blocked out and my passport, both of which state my full name, I received an e mail asking why my name was different on those documents and had I changed my name! Made a mistake of depositing £300, but when I won that money back I attempted to withdraw and they sent me through every verification loop possible. As stated in many other comments they will take your money but will not part with your winnings constantly told 36hrs for payment team to allow it and after 36hrs... Please be a little more patient 🙄 only let you deposit £40 and withdraw £150 chances are very slim of getting them wins

PLEASE AVOID THIS WEBSITE. I opened an account with Amigowins (same company). They let me deposit with my Visa debit card but when I requested to withdraw £400 they would not let me withdraw it to my visa card. In their words as its not worth the hassle with visa, not sure what they meant by this. I had provided every bit of documentation they asked for. They then told me to add another method of card for withdrawal, thus had to be mastercard or Bitcoin. I had neither so they as advised me to open up a mastercard which I did (foolishly) but yet again no money as still a pending withdrawal from weeks ago. The site looks legitimate but I think if your based in the UK and only have a UK bank account you will lose your money as they will not let you withdraw it hence you will never see it again no matter how many hoops you jump through. Terrible website DO NOT go on, they try and offer people bonuses with rediculous restrictions with regards to bet amounts and withdrawals, they have also refused at present my withdrawal of 500 pounds because I don't have a passport, it's been a pandemic my passport had ran out and I no longer have one at present I provided every document bar this and they still refused they even turned down a driving license phographed with me on as well in person next to the card, I won't be letting it drop and I will get my money I will take this as far as I can!
