I signed up with AMK Global in August 2023. Since then, I have been kept waiting for nearly three years without a proper resolution. During this entire period, I suffered financial loss, emotional stress, and continuous false assurances.

I paid approximately CAD 13,500 directly to AMK Global, and my total loss has reached around CAD 16,000, including visa fees and other personal expenses.

Before signing the agreement, I was clearly told that my case would be taken “to the end” and that I would be brought to Canada no matter what. Even after multiple visa refusals, their representatives — especially Mr. Sammy Singh — repeatedly assured me that my case would be taken to court and that I would not be abandoned midway.

None of these promises were fulfilled.

My application was submitted late, I was repeatedly asked for additional payments despite being told no further fees would be required, and my case was eventually terminated without my consent and without valid justification.

Initially, AMK Global used to conduct group meetings with multiple clients. However, once clients started asking questions, sharing information, and realizing inconsistencies, these meetings were suddenly cancelled. After that, communication became limited and unclear.

When I finally demanded proper explanations, I was blocked completely by both Sammy Singh and San Mahajan instead of being given professional answers.

There are many other clients who are still suffering and being dragged along without clear outcomes. I am writing this review only because I was left with no other option after being treated unfairly for such a long time.

This experience caused severe emotional distress and financial damage. I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious and to get everything in writing before dealing with this company.

I do not recommend this agency to anyone, their priority is definitely to find a sponsor and it is very easy to get the money from the client for the LMIA document, when it comes to the last step, the visa process, everything starts to come out and you understand the situation, you upload the documents and paperwork to the portal they opened for you, but the communication between the employees is so broken that they still want you to upload the documents to the portal, before starting the processes with a liar and egoist man named Sammy Singh, I talked to him transparently and openly on the phone, I swear on my family I asked if the money would be returned if my visa was rejected and he said it would be returned to me, so even though it was stated in the contract that it would not be returned, you are in a dilemma and you are confused and you cannot be sure, so I signed the contract believing the word of that cheater, he himself gave me the news of the visa rejection in September 2024, when I asked the reason, he said very confidently that it was because I could not get 5 points in the English ILTS exam, and exactly 1 month later I received my ATIP form, 6 reasons for rejection I couldn't find any article about English exam between, but they said I was rejected because of my English language level. Maybe I didn't have enough points to immigrate to Canada from the beginning, but they never said it sincerely and just wanted to get sponsorship money and LMIA money. Another thing is when you apply with missing or wrong documents and get rejected, you pay the price, they charge you extra fees for new documents and non-refundable fees and you are left with what you lost. Dear everyone, you can reach me on Facebook or Instagram as UMUT ONURLU and I can tell you every detail and everything about my terrible experience with this agency, I lost 11,450 thousand CAD and it's gone. Please don't lose this huge amount of money you earned with your hard work or borrow money, don't waste money on this agency that sells empty dreams and hopes

It was supposed to be a higher rate but then a very disappointing incident happened. The card I used for the whole transaction was unauthorizedly used. I never used it to any merchant that is why I am certain that my information was compromised.

The card was used 3 times. Though I have reversed those. I hope this will not happen to your future clients.

Also - I could have picked up my WP sooner. I was trying to apply for an OWP(Spousal). However, there are major changes in IRCC.

“I applied for my Canadian work permit visa through AMK in 2022. However, since it was shortly after the COVID-19 pandemic, I have not received any response regarding my application to this day.

AMK has not provided me with any options or updates. I even visited their office in the UK, only to find that they do not have a permanent office there—it is merely a virtual workplace.
