AML Assured is AML/CTF compliance built for one industry: Australian real estate. From 1 July 2026, every agency brokering property sales became a reporting entity under AUSTRAC's Tranche 2 legislation. That meant identity checks on buyers and vendors, a written compliance programme, risk assessments, staff training, annual reporting, and seven years of records — for people who never signed up to become compliance experts.
