The item sold was very poor quality, not true to colour and did not fit. In the returns policy it states buyer will be responsible for returns shipping cost, but no where did it say .... to China. Amora London suggests a UK base and indeed the website shows a London store with red bus going by. However, there is no store. I have been in a loop of email responses with 3 being repeated in turn. I believe they should be reported to Trading Standards for misrepresentation. If you want cheap, poor quality, poorly made products go ahead ... If I could give no stars, I would.

Best not to buy anything from this website, very poor quality items, nothing like the material described or as shown in the pictures.
Also, seems fraudulent to name themselves Amora London, the website is very professional, however everything is shipped from China and refunds are not easily available.
Firstly if you complain about the quality and ask for a refund, they offer that you buy something else for the same price and just pay postage. If you don’t agree, they say keep the item and we will refund just 10% of the price and finally if you insist for a full refund, you are told that you can post the item back at your cost (to China) but please note that we need pictures and even after we receive the item it may not be in the best condition so you may not get a refund after all !!

Total scam advertising under false pretences, you think your buying from a reputable company with their advertisement of someone standing outside a beautiful shop in London and advertising suede orthopaedic loafers, with a 50% discount infact they come from China in a plastic bag made from plastic, okay only paid £50 would of expected them boxed, then I reported to the company how bad the quality was and they didn't fit they offered me £4.99 refund, if I wanted to return them it would cost me £30, but I could not be guaranteed the £50 back i paid please please do not buy from this company I wish I had looked up reviews before I purchased

Bought a set of straighteners back in febuary from the nec caravan and motorhome show with warranty and now the infrared plate one side only works, so basically they are scrap. Email after email with no response what so ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY its a scam scam scam. Money thrown down the drain. Avoid avoid avoid. There isn't a telephone number to contact them directly either.

Product took ages to arrive. Due to processing procedure and sales techniques I ordered two pairs of shoes. I immediately asked for the cancellation of one pair. This was not possible because the order was instantly processed. Two later product arrived. Shoes too big, very poor quality. I asked for a returns label. Several emails to the company and keep getting fobbed off. NOT HAPPY

Yes. This is my third review, no I’m not a crazy person, just angry. This company is a total scam. They ripped me off, gave me a false return address and then tried to offer me 10% of my money back, what a joke. They have now blocked my email address, I guess my ‘many’ emails were annoying them!

How I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I ordered a size 9 and 4 weeks later a size 7 arrived made from ultra cheap material, not suede as described. It’s a scam.. I don’t think I will get my money back but will have a try. Avoid avoid avoid at all costs!!

Placed order for 2 pairs of shoes , when the dispatch information came it should have it was dispatched from china . The shoes have arrived unboxed in bubblewrap way to small . I am now going though the process of getting a refund and have advised PayPal of the dispute.

Update .

I have been trying to get the address to send these awful shoes back . The website offers a money back guarantee but when the company responds it is to ask something stupid. Like please send photos of the shoes and can I confirm the order number dispite the order number and order details being included
In they subject line.

They have offer to give my anything else from there site for free , I just have to pay postage! Like I would pay them one more penny !


A week on and they still refuse to give me a address to return the goods too.

Also raised a charge back with the payment company.

Well they don't deserve a 1 rating they deserve zero rating.
The picture shows a store with London on it and a red London bus.
Therefore fooling you into a false sense of security, making you think its U.K based.
Its not items come from China, which their sizes are way different to U.K.
Do not buy anything from this site as its not true to what you think or who you are dealing with.
A complete waste of money.
Plus YOU have to pay return postage as well. Mmm how likely are you to get a refund?

An absolute con job. This in not a London based outfit. It is a dodgy outfit selling very poor quality goods that they ship from China. The items bear no resemblance to the website photos. The quality is terrible - suede is not suede - check the clever wording. Shoe sizes are all wrong and they are in no way orthopaedic. Wrong sizes sent and a damaged pair received. They refuse refunds stating replacement only and customer must pay for returns even if the items are defective. The do no comply with UK Distance Selling Regs, the website is not compliant - essentially a total scam job. AVOID

This is NOT a U.K./London company as other reviews set out. This is a front for a China domiciled company though nowhere is this stated on any of its literature and the picture of a store with a London red bus does not exist.

This company should have a zero review score. Its products are of shocking quality and returns to China would be costly and unreliable.

I have alerted my credit card company and trust this ‘fake’ U.K. company will be struck off.

Expensive to return to China, and poor quality shoes. Would not even cancel an order if requested 2 minutes after the purchase.

Huge regret - wish I had read the reivews before purchasing.
I too saw LONDON and thought they were UK based, I even read all their returns policy and no where does it mention that Amora LONDON are actually based in China and you have to pay for returns to China.
On a pair of £34.99 shoes, I will lose £18.00 on return shipping! absolute SCAM and they should be banned from selling under the name LONDON

Not the quality of product expected. Trying to return items was extreme difficult. When finally got return address required to send direct to China incuring costs. Ordered 1 item and received 3. Can definitely not recommend

Please do not buy from them. Returns policy is a sham. one has to return to China or they give tiered returns policy. Do not buy.

Totally fake company! Nothing to do with London, goods coming from China! When you proceed to checkout, they offer you an "extra discount" showing you a picture of the item you have just purchased, of course you say yes, and Bingo, you've purchased it twice! You have to contact them to ask to be allowed to return it, at full cost to you, shipping to China! Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!

If I could give 0 I would. SCAM SCAM SCAM Terrible terrible items from China, not even mentioned on this website. Counterfeit bags and if you think you can return them think again. Yes it says you need to pay for returns, clearly thinking it’s a UK brand you could trust that wouldn’t be a problem but back to China with no guarantee of a refund as it’s from 4 different addresses and the cost of postage is so high !!!! I reported to Google as it came up there, they weren’t interested. AVOID !!!!! I’m so angry I was caught out, I will be reporting them hopefully get them closed down
