The material is trash, I paid 54 dollars for a sweater and pant set that was originally priced over 100 dollars combined. They didnt respond until two days after it said my package had arrived and had to go back and forth with support to only receive half assed answers.

Well unfortunately I have nothing to review, even though the company sent an email to review their product. I ordered 30 days ago and still nothing. Judging from the reviews Iâve read so far it will most likely be crap when it does actually arrive. I didnât check reviews when I ordered. Regretting that now.

So annoyed with myself for not checking reviews for Amora Auckland first. I genuinely thought my order was coming from Auckland or at least NZ - not China and got a surprise when I realised this on seeing how long it was going to take to get to me. Product arrived today (2 weeks after purchase) and it is cheap and nasty - 100% scratchy polyester, not the âlovely breathable fabricâ they describe on their website, poor fitting and feels awful on. Total waste of money and I suspect it will be difficult to get a refund. Their website is full of fake images- like the shop front that doesnât exist. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

How are they still in business. The sweaters look amazing in the photos but in reality the quality and shape and look is horrible. They are unwearable and of course there is not proper return policy (lesson learned). Will report this to my credit card to see if it can be refunded.

Same story here. I bought a couple of cardigans that were such poor quality it would be hilarious if it wasnât such a waste of time.
The products received look nothing like the images on the website. The images on the website are all of another brand (Jenni Kayne) that is ten times the price. The cardigans received, from China with Chinese text on the packaging, sent via a UK business, are ill fitting (actually no fit at all) synthetic, the buttons look so cheap, terrible seams and edges. The quality is what youâd expect from a £1 item at a market stall. They refuse to provide a return address. As another reviewer mentioned - they claim a US location (not true) and that postage will be too expensive and instead as âa gesture of goodwillâ offer refunds of 20% of what was paid.
I have claimed back via my credit card. Huge waste of time.

I don't usually order from sites I'm not sure of. But was so interested in the cardigan. DO NOT PURCHASE from them. There was nothing on their website that said it was being shipped from China. I always wear a medium, and this does not even button up. The quality is poor. And in the process of trying to return it will cost so much to ship it isn't worth it.

It is the same story as others. Clothing is not as advertised. Quality is very poor. Delays as it comes direct from China. They refuse to provide return details with claims of UK or US location and offers of 20% or 40% of value of goods. I have reported them to Trading Standards in the UK and also claimed a refund via my credit card as I sent the good back but received no refund.

Poor quality - the sleeves were too short for me although they look long in photo - the button holes are cuts/slits but not finished. The sweaters don't fit so I emailed them to process a return. They offered me 20% refund, then a 40% refund, and when I kept emailing them, they still would NOT supply a return label or an address (as stated they do on their website).
