The box was late despite paying for express shipping and unfortunately it was hands down the worst vegan chocolate I’ve ever had. Cardboard-y, just bad.

I was shorted 2 items I needed for Valentines Day. And although I received the missing items it was too late as they arrived after Valentine’s Day. Since I have 3 children I had to go out and buy 3 different items for them to get on Valentines Day. Very disappointing especially because the only reason I tried this company was the excellent review in the NY Times.

The package was slow to arrive, I received this request for a review days ahead of the package.
The package was inadequately packaged. I am glad that I had the opportunity to examine it before giving it.
The outside ribbon was very smashed and I was able to refresh it with some work. I opened the package, and the chocolates were all askew and some were broken. I was able to rearrange them for the most part.
Overall I was expecting something better especially after reading about your company in the New York Times.

I placed an order on 02/04/24 that was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days with the delivery payment I paid. The order was not even packaged by Amore di Mona until 02/10/24 after I called them and left them a voice message which only goes to a general mailbox or to three people who work there. This business is way too small and unapologetic about its errors to customers. I told them to cancel my order and went with a different company. My order should have arrived well before Valentine's Day on 04/14/24. They just don't have their act together and it shows.

I bought these for my mother who had nothing but great things to say about the chocolates. She said that they were beautiful and delicious. She described them as works of art.

Delivery was very good and prompt. Customer service is great. all their candy is vegan.

Customer service was great and responded quickly to my questions. The chocolates came in perfect condition and tasted amazing!

I ordered these chocolates for my mother as a birthday gift. After it was delivered, I put it in the fridge immediately but when opened, all the chocolates were melted together. I definitely felt disappointed because these chocolates weren’t cheap so I contacted them by email only to get this response “ … it is probably best not to order chocolates again until the weather is cooler.”. While yes, this is true, I wanted to get a nice birthday present to my mom on her birthday. I also didn’t think the packaging was the best as the ice packs were not packed in all sides of the chocolate which left sides exposed to the weather. I wasn’t looking for a full refund as even though the chocolates were melted, they were still edible. I just hoped I would have at least gotten “We are sorry” and maybe an acknowledgment on the packaging, but I guess not. I guess my overall conclusion is that the chocolates were ok and really only worth it if you are buying for someone with allergies. Also, take the company’s advice and “ not to order chocolates again until the weather is cooler”or else you will end up with a melted mess.

Fantastic products, quickly delivered

their vegan chocolate is so great! The customer service isn't working as it supposed to do. So I simply never rely on this company for important events. If you want to taste great chocolate in wonderful forms on a regular day Amore di Mona is the place to shop

Chocolates were great as usual but when my wife opened it on Valentines day the pieces were all in a mess. Would be nice if they could have a bit more tightness to them to keep them stable.

The quality and taste of these chocolates are incredible. I’m a repeat customer and will continue to be. Also, shipping was super fast!

Exquisite chocolates in a beautiful heart shaped box. The order arrived very quickly, and they took great pride in the packaging as well. I highly recommend!

the chocolate box came very fast. it was packaged with an ice pack to keep everything from melting. the packaging was beautiful, the chocolates looked good, and tasted delicious.

In mid January I placed an order for Valentine's day chocolates asking if they'd please delay shipment a few weeks. I sent an additional email asking if they could please delay the shipment. They never responded and instead shipped right away. :( I wrote to customer service once more and they never responded.
