I could give 0 if I could,
Order placed on the 16th of this month, 5 days after which is on the 21st, order gets cancelled with no email regarding that, checked back on the items that I purchased and what I've seen is the raised the price double, ok if going to cancel my order then tell me the price that I purchased at was a mistake dont just cancel with no reason,
And it has been 2 days I'm trying to reach out to them through email and no response.
They have put fake phone number that belongs to Westfield Stratford and they dont have customer service at all.
On the order page it says money refunded while its not, I've gave a 4 days notice if the money isn't refunded then I take that as fraud and the whole company will be closed down for that.

Got the money back 1hr after posting this review on trust pilot wow, sounds like sth fishy, what a joke company.

Amazing coats

My order took a while before arriving and when it did it looked really beautiful. However the front of the shoe is too hard I'm finding that I have to curl my toes to feel somewhat comfortable. The back also hurts my heels so I have to wear a plaster to keep it from leaving me injured from friction.

Maybe try sizing up for a more comfortable fit

My boots are beautiful. Easy to order, a little time to wait for delivery as coming from Europe. Will definitely order again
