The required contact-exchange forms were rejected multiple times, with the stated reasons appearing to stem from delays and resubmissions that were not caused by me. I also gained the impression that messages and letters on the platform are delayed, filtered, or selectively forwarded, without transparent explanation. Particularly concerning were profiles where professional backgrounds or personal circumstances changed significantly over time while profile photos remained the same, which undermined trust. I also found the handling of complaints problematic, as related issues were treated as isolated cases and closed without meaningful resolution. Incompetence staff and high prices run this place
This site is operated by people who have no intention on actually letting you exchange information with other members. Not only are they incompetent in the process, they decline the request after they delay everything because the dates on a form are two days old because they sent it to the wrong person. THE DATES ON THE FORM ARE WRONG BECAUSE IT HAD TO BE RESUBMITTED 3 TIMES! You have to sign paperwork stating you're not a human trafficker to get someone's email address. And then your request is denied. Not only is the site ridiculously expensive for the simple fact it runs on a cheap translator, but you have to spend 5000 credits to even request someone's information. Go elsewhere and find real communication.
