Some time ago I already doubted to continue with the program. My approach is to make 4K videos. Since I can also convert 4K videos, and many other formats, the doubts are gone and I use it regularly. It's a great program that I enjoy working with.

Es muy fácil de usar, las plantillas son estupendas!! Me encanta!!. La comunicación es rápido y efectiva. Lo recomiendo

Easy to crop, add features like Sun rays, and Signature

J'ai choisi ce logiciel pour la fonction projet automatique qui fonctionne très bien.
J'ai ensuite réalisé un diaporama à partir d'un projet vierge, c'est forcement un peu plus compliqué mais une fois que l'on a compris les bases du fonctionnement (grâce aux didacticiel) cela devient un jeu d'enfant.

We have used pro show producer for years to make movies of our special occasions and trips. They don’t make pro show producer anymore so we couldn’t upgrade any longer we had been looking for a replacement and had downloaded trial versions of other movie making software but they didn’t do what we wanted or was not very user friendly So when we got an email for smartshow 3D we downloaded the trial and within a few hours of using it we knew this is what we wanted we got the upgraded software smartshow 3D deluxe. Adding layers and key frames is so much easier to do to make special affects with your photos you can bring in masks that you have and put in the masks folder in smartshow 3D and use them. You can also drop in png files on your timeline in your show and use them. I am still learning how to use them the way I want. Within the program if you want to put in a special affect on one of your photos some have a little show you how to do for example if you have a still photo with water and background you can put in an affect to make the water move and freeze out the trees and land so they stay still A very user friendly program and support is there for you if you have questions. I highly recommend this program download the free trial and give it a try we love it

I use SmartSHOW 3D to make multi-media slideshows of my travels. I also have some personal family projects in the works. I find the program very flexible and personalizable for my needs. It is easy to learn, and a little experimentation allows you to accomplish almost any effect you like. They have many templates, which can also be customized the way you want to use them. I recommend!

I can easily be honest and genuine about this review. EVERYTHING IS FANTASTIC!! To be specific, the templates are wonderful!! I do wish there was a wider selection. There is already many good ones, but can always use more. The quality of the program is 1000% with the ease of use, explanations about how to use features, and the support staff is the VERY BEST!!! I cannot say enough about them!! It is all online, so you can keep your conversations. They are very responsive and will answer multiple times to an issue I am confused about. Most are NOT that complicated. I am just giving an example of going above and beyond to help customers!!!! I had ProShow Producer before, but this is much better with the ease of use, making the slideshows, and response of support staff!!! I do wish there were a few more transitions, but I am very happy with the ones they have now. I highly recommend this program. I did MUCH research, and this was the BEST. I shared my findings with my large photography club.

Avere questo programma ha cambiato il modo di esprimere le mie emozioni con i video. E' favoloso in quanto è 3d e nessun altro programma lo si può paragonare, inoltre, avere la possibilità di realizzarlo in poco tempo è stupendo. Lascio ricordi indelebili e non solo fotografie. Ho avuto problemi durante varie situazioni e l'assistenza è stata abbastanza efficace e importante. Grazie di esserci!

I have had a few problem getting used to the slide show software and every time I contact AMS they are very prompt in getting back to me and always solve my problems. I would higher recommend you buy your software from this company. Two thumbs up!

I purchased SmartShOW 3D in year 2021 (Lifetime license also include a warranty download plan).
Happy with the SS3D software with ease of use.
In year 2022 my old laptop needs to reinstate SS3D software after a hard disk replacement
In 2023 need to migrate existing SmartSHOW 3D license from laptop to a New PC.
Both above events their technical support provide excellent assistance and quick to response without issue.
Strongly recommend.

I have used for several years a different slide show product. Now, I use SmartShow 3D exclusively. SmartShow is, by far, the best slide show software on the market. It is very affordable and user friendly. Their technical assistance is second to none! Several times I have ask questions and always get a quick, detailed response. I recommend this product to anyone wanting to make slide show production.

I can't say enough about this program that enables an amateur like me to create creative slide shows for my grandchildren. I have four grandchildren and use videos and photos to make slide shows for their entertainment. I asked my 9-year-old grandson if he liked the DVDs I made for him, and he said he didn't like them he LOVED them, his words not mine. I like that there are so many templates, collages, and titles with the option to buy more. This program is very easy to use and allows me to be as creative as I want to be. I am creating memories for my family that they will always have and when they look back at all of the DVDs I've made for them they will know how much they were loved.

The respond time and helpful information was on point I enjoy working with your software.

Paid for software but constant bombardment of advertising for upgrade's and other software , Pay for product but still need upgrade for Pro ,Avoid at all costs

I'ts a nightmare to cancel any and all services what this company. It's a little late for this company my father's memorial service has come and gone.. I had hopes to use their software service for my father's celebration of life slideshow but that train already left the tracks. Without their software. I was then going to use your services for the two websites that I'm the webmaster of they don't seem to respond to emails.. So at this point I'm asking the company to cancel any and all services that I might be obligated for. I was hopefully I'll receive a timely response back from Smart Show 3D regarding my cancellation. I'll follow up as soon as I hear back from them but it's been awhile. I don't believe they care about their customers. So I'm posting this negative feedback. Buyers beware of there customer service.

It seems very common in these reviews but there is absolutely no customer support from this company...They are only interested in responding if you are flashing cash - other that that they are not interested.
You will get a reply in hours or one business day at their latest is their statement "DO NOT BELIEVE IT" it is a complete fabrication.
Want to do yourself a favour to avoid the hassle of software going wrong - buy it from a more reputable company! Now I am going to have to redo my project with rival software. At least this other company actually helps you with problems!
