Paid for their website promo for $149. I thought I was getting a drop shipping website but the added products from my ebay store? I sent multiple emails to stop the project and/or request a refund they would not honor it.. that's fraud. I got a call with a long spiel and a request for me to save and pay them $800 for a year of web hosting, what a deal ha. I'm just taking the L thankfully didn't invest a lot of money.

Ams Tech Global built my business website and did a solid job. Responsive support. Clean design and got the project done on time. ❤️

Very Disappointing Experience – Still Waiting for Refund

I don’t usually write reviews like this, but after more than seven months, I feel it is important to share my experience.

In June of 2025, I hired AMS Tech Global to work on my website. I paid close to $2,000 for services that were supposed to be completed within a reasonable time. Unfortunately, the project was never finished.

During these seven months, my account was transferred between multiple account managers, including Ethan, Allister, and several others. In total, I dealt with about five different people, which made communication extremely difficult. I was repeatedly given different explanations and information about the progress of my project.

Despite my patience and multiple follow-ups, the work I originally paid for was never completed. Instead, I was later told that I would need to pay additional money for other services that they claimed were required for the website to function properly.

After raising my concerns, the CEO of the company, Abdul Muheed, contacted me directly and confirmed in writing that they would issue a refund for the unfinished services. He explained that the refund process could take up to 30 business days depending on banking timelines.

Today that 30-day period has passed, and I still have not received the refund.

At this point, I have been dealing with this situation for over seven months. It is extremely frustrating to pay for services that were never completed and then have to continue following up to receive a promised refund.

I will be sharing the email communication confirming the refund so others can see exactly what was promised.

I hope the company resolves this situation soon, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend AMS Tech Global.

I hired this company to build a website. They offered a "money back guarantee" and "satisfaction guarantee". I really wasn't happy with the website. They refused to offer a refund. They told me that I could edit the website myself if I invested another $400. They gave me access to software that is for professional use that felt impossible to navigate. I just wanted a nice website, and they did not deliver. I lost $500

I did not have any experience starting out in ecommerce but with AMS Tech Global they not only built my business up from scratch but also guided me throughout the whole process. Safe to say AMS Tech Global is the best agency to start your Ecommerce journey with.

Communication was a standout aspect of our collaboration. The AMS Tech Global team was consistently responsive, clear, and genuinely took the time to listen and understand my specific needs and vision for the website. This attentiveness ensured that every detail was considered and incorporated into the design.

AMS Tech Global did a very good service for my business. They are very careful with my business and customers, even though they help me design posts for my page and website. I'm very appreciative of them a lot and will introduce their business to more business owners, let them know that AMS Tech Global is the best marketing services.

Edit Update:
AMS Tech Global is 100% scam artists - they're not even in the country! They have one person here in the US that has been using people outside of the US to scam money from people. They made such horrible websites, removed 95% of all possible clientele, stole money from me in the tens of thousands, and now I have all authorities after them. They're so bad and in such a bad position now that they're pretty much bankrupt from everyone demanding their money back. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM! THEY WILL STEAL EVERYTHING FROM YOU! And what makes it that much worse is that the person I had contact with the majority of the time, Alister Wood, claimed to be a Christian man that "adopted" me into the AMS family. This became extremely personal and Alister should be ashamed of himself!

I have had the best experience with AMS Tech Global. Alister Wood has been absolutely amazing - he’s attentive, he understands exactly what my business needs, is quick to produce, and has been amazing what he and his team has accomplished in such a short period of time. Worth every penny!

Communication back and forth is good. But the clear detail needs some improvement. I went from $49 a month to $149 a month. Then I spent $200 for optimization and REAL LIVE followers (not sure how real they are). Again communication is good as far as post and weekly/monthly agenda but not sure about the rest of the plan.

Without my consent, just by inquiring about their services and prices, they sent me an invoice for almost $500. When I complained, they were rude. I wonder if you would trust this company with your business to manage digital reputation and social media—they don’t respect their clients.
