Amthall have given me an excellent service for around 9 years. I would like to make a special mention to the engineer, Paul, who carries out the servicing for my alarm. Paul is always on time, does a thorough job, helpful and always listens to me regarding any concerns I have.

Our house alarm majorly failed its yearly inspection which caused me some anxiety. Amthal listened to my concerns throughout. A big 'Thank You' to Jason and Callum who attended the property. Their 'can do' attitude, determination and resolve were admirable. Faultless professionalism; they kept me informed as remedial work progressed; they were approachable and happy to discuss optimising security. At no time did I sense they were in a rush to complete the job so that they could move on. Instead they ensured the system was fully functional and that I was able to operate it before they left. I have no hesitation in recommending Amthal. A worthy 5 stars.

Extremely helpful technician who arrived on time and solved the problem

Alfie & Gary were most helpful in explaining the cause of our alarm fault. Have used Amthal for Fire alarm servicing for years & now use them for Intruder alarm monitoring & servicing. Great company.

Have been using Amthal for a while now, very quick a responding to issues we have had and more often than not get tings fixed same day.

I have had a very poor experience and I would not recommend using this company. Their priority is profit over service and charging is not transparent. Call out as a member will cost you £175 or £354 as a non-member even if all that needs changing is a battery, which is charged on top of the call out. Absolutely disgusted with their business model.

Amthal bought out our previous alarm company. The annual service we received today was thorough, the engineer on time , polite, processional.

Although I did not know in advance at what time of day the technician would come, he was extremely helpful, as our household has special needs to which he was ready to adapt whilst remaining thorough and attending to every detail in a friendly and professional manner.

We had initial problems with our Paxton 10 access control and security systems, however Jason (Edes) was very helpful, easily approachable, professional and he was capable of sorting out all our problems. We enjoy working with Jason, he is always very responsive.

I have had my Amthal system for over 20 years, during which time it has been trouble free. I have seen the company grow from small beginnings and all the personnel I have dealt with have been efficient, helpful and courteous.

Amthal recently installed a quite complicated alarm at our Business Centre. It took much longer than they had anticipated (hence 4 stars rather than 5) but they worked very hard and for long hours each day, trying to get it finished. The engineers were on time, very polite and helpful.

Responded quickly to my request for a technician to call. He fixed the issue quickly & without fuss
