I’m amazed by how much easier my life is now that my Walmart store is automated! From managing stock to processing orders, everything is just taken care of. Highly recommended!

Spent weeks researching different automation companies before making a decision and really glad I took that time. The company I chose stood out because every conversation felt honest and grounded rather than hyped up and salesy. They told me exactly what to expect, when to expect it and what could go wrong along the way. That transparency built a foundation of trust that has held solid through twenty months of working together.

Started this journey purely as a financial experiment with money I had set aside and was prepared to be patient with. What I did not expect was how genuinely engaged the team would be throughout the whole process. They treat my store like it is their own business not just another account on a spreadsheet somewhere.

I signed up with them last summer with high hopes. They kept telling me that tiktok and Walmart weren't easy to get on with. I got delay after delay with spotty communication at best. Months went by. Nothing. In December I finally got into tiktok only to have my account banned. later I told them to just take over an existing shopify account for another 500 dollars. They built the store and then disappeared. No returned calls or messages. No profits. I can't get ahold of customer service or anyone at their office. I lost 5 grand. Am seeking options for asset recovery. I reported them to the BBB.

Got hit with a fake review violation that I had absolutely nothing to do with. Amazon's system flagged my account and it took almost two months to resolve. After sending AMZ Scalable money on March 6, 2026 to purchase inventory for my Walmart and Tiktok stores, they have gone completely silent. They haven't answered emails, phone calls or whatsapp messages since I sent the money for inventory.

Nobody tells you about the slow season dips until you're living through them. Sales dropped significantly in February and I panicked and almost pulled out. My account manager talked me through it and explained seasonal patterns on Amazon. By March things bounced back. Context and communication from the team makes a massive difference during those scary moments.

Purely from a passive income standpoint this has delivered for me. I check in maybe thirty minutes a week, review the monthly report and occasionally approve new product additions. Everything else runs on its own. For a busy person who wanted a hands off investment it has worked out pretty much as described.
