The WORST service. Requested to return some items within the return window and they stopped responding. Noticed that their website is no longer live so seems to have closed down. Can't get my refund and have all these items that do not fit me! Such a waste of money. Very disaoppointed.

My order never arrived and emails to them were ignored.

STOLE MY MONEY - NEVER SENT ITEM.

This is a terrible company. They claim to be British but returns have to go back to China. I purchase 2 cashmere jumpers in December 24. They took weeks to arrive and were terrible. No labels (which is illegal in the uk), nothing like the pics on the website and definitely not cashmere. In the end I got the money back from my bank, who agreed that the products sent were not what I paid for. DO NOT USE ThIs Company….EVER

The quality of their products is not as described on their website; they are definitely thieves. They also claim to be a UK-based company, and when you want to return a product, they ask you to send it to China, without covering the shipping costs. The other option is to refund you 15% of your purchase or simply stop responding, as they did to me. Someone should regulate companies like these.

Sold me a winter coat. No labels. Didn’t fit. Tried to return it and kept getting messages asking me to repeat the issue, which was simply that it didn’t fit. I explained EU consumer law (Distance Selling) but it made no difference. Took it to the Charity Shop in the end, £60 out of pocket.

I only gave one star because there is no other option.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - a polyester jumper was sent instead of a cashmere one, as advertised. They do not send any paperwork, and will charge you to return the item!! They take ages to reply to emails & say looking into it. Have disputed the transaction through credit card company.

The company do not respond to emails. They have taken my money and not supplied any goods. That is fraud!

Cashmere jumper ordered in dec 24 wrong size poor quality no labels to date after numerous emails no return no refund no response.should be taken to court and struck off totally fraudulent.Very bad news for all genuine buyers.Gives bad impression to on line buyers.
Anger and frustration would be an understatement.

These people are crooks don't buy anything from them.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They are scammers. Based in Holland and importing from Asia. They never respond to any emails and they have a 30 minute cancellation policy. However the good news is, if you have used a credit card then contact the credit card company and ask for a charge back. I did this and the money I spent was refunded back onto my card. Ancien will try and dispute it but they have been unsuccessful.

I regret not reading other reviews before ordering. I, like many others, are waiting for a refund for an incorrect product and have neither heard nor seen anything of it for months.
It's a brand that claims to be UK based but the owner is listed as a Web Designer on the Netherlands Government companies house. Unfortunately they own several other simelar brands as well. Many photos on the website are either ai or edited photos of London High End store fronts.
Multiple products are listed as being made of high quality materials like cashmere, but in my case the label, when translated from Chinese, read as a blend of Viscose, acrylic and nylon, no cashmere in sight inspite of it being the only material listed in the product description.
What this Web designer/ drop shipper is doing is falls under false advertisement in both UK and Dutch law and if anyone can be bothered to report them I think it would save a lot of people a lot of money and frustration.

Update. After no answers from company my wonderful bank refunded me. Reported the store as a scam, looking online at the moment the website looks like it's been removed, fingers crossed it stays that way so nobody else has issues.

As others have said this company is a scam. Claim to be based in the UK but goods coming from china. I ordered shoes and they are just stuck as in transit on tracking page. Have sent multiple emails and got no response at all. Will go to my bank to see if I can do a charge back with them, wish I had read reviews on here first. Would like to warn others so they are not in same predicament.

I ordered a jumper. It arrived completely the wrong size and with no labels. I asked for a full refund and it was refused except for a token fractional amount. The only way I was able to get my refund was to pursue this through credit card purchase protection and working with my bank. Do not buy from this company and report them if they try to defraud you.

Do not trust this company at all. I placed an order November 2024, incorrect items supplied. Eventually , 29th January 2025 they agreed to give me a refund. As at 14th April 2025 no refund has been received. The company should be shut down

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering a cashmere sweater from this company. It arrived eventually but the quality wasn’t fit for purpose. Shocking quality. I’ve emailed many times to return and have a refund only to be ignored. To date still waiting!! This company should be shut down. Facebook should stop advertising this company.

Do NOT order from this company. Suprised they are still allowed to operate. All previous negative reviews sum up my experience. What I thought was a luxury item which I could purchase at Christmas from London , turned out to be a long winded journey , on a plane from China which I didn’t receive , until mid January . Inferior quality which I eventually put in the local charity bag as ANCIENS return policy is completely not worth the paper it’s written on!!

Google please block this website. UK Trading Standards please shut it down for false claims. My shoes arrived after 1 month. Poor quality and a size 40 in reality rather than 46 ordered/marked on the shoe. Be sure to use info email to complain or ask for refund. But even then no solution. They even declined my credit card refund through my bank. But the bank fighting it again. Please everyone, push to get your money back!
