After buying from John Lewis, I reached out to Andea direct with an issue that they were not obligated to help with, but they fixed it instantly with great communication. This has been incredibly helpful.

Stunning jewelry that is beautifully made. Customer service is outstanding. Bought a gorgeous bracelet from their collection from John Lewis for my Neices birthday. Unfortunately they didn't have any little satin bags to put it in. I emailed the company direct and received a response straight away kindly offering to send me a bag, cleaning cloth and business card telling the story of their brand. The bracelet is the third piece I've bought from them and I will definitely going back soon to buy some more. Thank you again
