Items were delivered to wrong address and still waiting on them but customer service were really helpful and have arranged delivery for next day so no harm done .

Hi Robbie, thank you for your review.
I'm sorry your items have been delayed. We have had an issue with our system recently that appears to very rarely pull the postcode through incorrectly. Thus meaning our couriers are unable to locate delivery addresses and have to return the parcel to us.
We have been working to rectify this issue and will have your parcel shipped straight back out to you as soon as we get it back.
Apologies again for any inconvenience.
Edit: I have been assured by the couriers they now have the correct address and your parcel will be with you tomorrow.

I don't recommend them
I don't recommend them. I bought a cleaner cardridge pack for 41€. When arrived I had to pay another 15€ because costumes. It wasn't written in the basket at any moment, even when I filled my address, when I paid, neither in the invoice or any note. I feel very disappointed.

Hi F C, I'm sorry to hear you're disappointed.
Unfortunately, most goods posted to you from abroad are liable to any or all of the following taxes: customs duty, excise duty and import VAT.
That is the same for everybody importing goods from outside of the EU (hence why we don't charge VAT on exported orders).
It is something we have no control over, and we do not know what the customs charges will be - it is different for each country and order. Therefore, we cannot display the charge on the invoice.
I'm sorry if this was not made clear to you. In future we will look to notify any export orders that there may be customs charges incurred, but ultimately it is the importers responsibility to have this knowledge and pay the charges.

Good price
This site was addvtising exactly what I was looking for a pcb board to repair my henreyhover at a fair price unfortunately it took them 6 days to dispatch my order 4 of them where working days and another 2 days for delivery, this was the first time I used this company and may have been a 1 off , but I wasn't notified of any reason for a delay in the 6 day dispatching of order

Thank you for leaving a review, sorry to hear there was a delay on your order.
I can see that the item you ordered was out of stock when you ordered it, and we have pop ups on the website and checkout that informed you of this.
We would have then had to wait for them to come back into stock before dispatching them to you which would have caused the delay.
