Next day delivery. Very efficient. Excellent service
Love my Haier Deep Freeze.

What a joke of a company! Dishwasher started leaking after 2 months. They asked if it was leaking out the top or bottom, ever heard of gravity? About 10 phone calls to the service team and nothing. Made worse by the fact that I had sold my house and needed it fixed promptly. Now I'm down $1000. Warning to anyone thinking of buying from here. They don't honour warranty or provide after sales support!

While Andoo claims to offer 24/7 support for New Zealand, that has not been my experience. Every time I contacted customer service, I was connected to someone in Australia who told me the NZ team would follow up the next working day. This happened multiple times, and each staff member gave me a different answer, which was frustrating and inconsistent.

The live chat on the website is also disappointing — responses often take 2 to 3 hours, and unless I send a follow-up message like “hello??”, I don’t receive a reply at all.

That said, I want to acknowledge that the product I ordered was delivered promptly and in excellent condition. Andoo offers a great range of products and flexible payment options, including Afterpay and PayPal, which I really appreciated.

However, the customer service experience needs significant improvement. If true 24/7 support for NZ isn’t available, it would be more honest and less frustrating for customers if this wasn’t advertised as such.

Andoo website says (as does Appliances Online):
"We’re always here to help. If you want to speak to a real person over the phone, we have a friendly customer support team available 24/7"
I called the Appliances Online 0800 number and the Andoo one. Both times I am put through to different Australian Customer Support personnel who cannot help with a New Zealand customer support query. They tell me someone from NZ will contact me. They don't know if NZ colleagues work on weekends.
If you're going to set something up in a new country, provide the service your website advertises or don't expect return customers.
UPDATE 8/4/25 I called Andoo again on Monday to see if I could get a Price Match. I was told that if I call Andoo from NZ I will always get a support person in Aus who will email NZ support to call me. As I had already been told twice that NZ support would contact me and no one did, I told the guy I wouldn't be buying from Andoo (or Appliances Online NZ). So after 3 calls I got no help to buy a product. If that's how bad the purchasing experience is, I'd hate to have a problem.
**Crux of the matter is that you don't get the same support they provide Australia**

This product was advertised for sale by the company but for different prices so told them and I took a screenshot and they were going to get back but didn't.
I called again and told me they will get back but another 2 days gone no reply.
Very poor response.

I purchased a dryer off their website, which was easy to navigate and a pleasure to use.
Unfortunately their customer service is not much of a pleasure or easy.
Upon checkout I was only offered Thursdays as delivery day. After purchase, I have now been trying for 3 days to change my delivery day. I am still waiting for a response or any service of any kind really. They claim to have 24/7 customer service available. I have been on their online chat for 3 days with no response, called the customer service nr with no response and sent a message with no response.
Deeply disappointed and seriously regretting using them and hoping to now cancel my order and purchasing from a different provider

Andoo's price for the coffee grinder I bought was the cheapest in comparison with other companies selling this product. With free delivery, it made the deal even better. I ordered it on Saturday and it was delivered by Craig on Monday. Communication with Andoo and with Craig from Winning Services was clear and efficient. Very happy customer!

Good price, good service from Andoo, with free and fast delivery. My reason for only giving four stars is that evidence suggests that the packages had been tampered with in transit. The packages had clearly been opened and not closed carefully. Andoo needs to pursue this, if they are not to lose customers. Small packages, like my order, need to be transported in a secure courier bag. Not to do so invites loss and petty theft. The packages of water filters were, obviously, not an attractive target to would-be thieves. In conclusion, until this problem is fixed, I will not risk buying anything of higher value, or more attractive targets to thieves, from Andoo.

Bought a washer/dryer from Andoo it was delivered the next day FREE delivery. Great communication, delivery guys offered to unpack the machine and even took the packaging away. Machine great, price great, whole experience great. I've already recommended them to family. Service how it should be. Very happy.

Just bought our washing machine off them. Saved us $100 in delivery. Definitely legit place to buy from in NZ.
They arranged delivery well and let us know ahead of time their predicted time.
Brought the machine inside for us.

Brought an Item from them, was not delivered as told, have tried for 3 days to contact them, by phone, email and chat: with no luck, and 3hrs of time gone:
Now with PayPal for dispute. Whole Customer Service is handled by a 3rd party out of Australia, would not buy from them again, I have received an email to say my order has been canceled, and they have not even tried to contact me at all, nor refund me. Ref: AN217CD926B7436 / WH 26L Bench Top Oven

I was initially hesitant as I had never heard of Andoo before. However thought I'd take my chance and hope for the best and I'm so glad that I did! Ordered the product on the Monday night at 5.30pm. It was delivered free of charge the next day at 9am. I was blown away!! Confirmation emails and clear communication, including a very friendly phone call the next morning from the delivery guy to say what time they were arriving. Highly recommend Andoo!

We weren't sure if they were legit. Prices were so low and they offer free next day delivery, free installation and free removal of old machine. Andoo is legit and amazing. Can't recommend enough. The person who delivered and installed the machine - Craig was so lovely and careful and made sure everything was working fine and no leaks. Thank you Andoo

Price was the lowest online, next day delivery which was free. They offer free removal and recycling of whatever you are updating/replacing. Their sustainability program is awesome. I'm so glad I discovered this company.
