Andrew made the whole holiday experience start when we began looking for a holiday. Nothing was too much trouble, he booked a fantastic hotel for us and even booked our holiday extras like airport lounge and private transfers.
Andrew kept in close contact the week before we flew and even on the day he updated us, to say no travel issues to affect our flight.
Nothing was too much trouble. Another check in from Andrew before we flew and another when we were in resort. Same service on the way home.
We certainly wouldn’t look elsewhere when booking our next holiday.
Absolutely five star service !

Andrew is professional, friendly, and approachable with nothing being too much trouble, including my silly questions!
He was on hand throughout from the planning stage to the flight back, and even checking in when home.
What more can you ask for?
The hotel he chose was clean, lovely with the most outstanding breakfast and a huge array of different foods. The location was perfect too.
On returning home, there was chaos in UK airports due to an issue in the flight processing system. Andrew checked the flight then contacted me to say the flight had left Manchester and was on way to Kraków, which is where I was. Meaning I could relax knowing all was well. And if it wasn’t?…I have no doubt he would have found us alternative accommodation for as long as needed.
I will definitely ask Andrew to arrange any future trips.
