Initially, it was the quick response. Then the helpful visit to make sure what we had sent was exact. Keeping us in the loop was key. So many businesses just ignore you. Andrew Soutar Stoves are excellent communicators. Nothing was too much trouble. We installed a double-sided woodburner, and it has been a fabulous investment. Our cottage warms up beautifully. The guys were tidy, clean and arrived on time. No hesitation to recommend, and I already have.

They simply could not have done a better job, nor been more attentive and helpful. We had a stove from another house but the chimney needed adapted and a new fireplace, effectively. The job was done without a modicum of mess and has made the room. We really could not have expected more.
