I ordered two dresses on the 1st of February and never received any dispatch confirmation. After two weeks with no update, I emailed customer service and was told that I should have received a dispatch email and that one of my dresses was out of stock. However, I never received any such email in my inbox or spam.

Customer service then claimed my order had been dispatched and provided two tracking numbers—neither of which worked. She also assured me that the refund for the out-of-stock dress had been processed.

By the 27th of February, I still hadn’t received the dress or the refund. At this point, customer service stopped responding to my emails entirely. The dress finally arrived on the 4th of March, but I never received my refund for the out-of-stock item. In the end, I had to file a claim with PayPal, who thankfully processed my refund.

Extremely bad service—unreliable communication, false information, and no accountability. I would never order from this brand again.

Love this website. The girls are so helpful whenever I email and the clothes are great. I’ve just signed up to their membership plan so cannot wait to buy my summer wardrobe

I order 3 dresses on the 30th December, which never arrived when I chased it up they said they was a mix up with my order and would send another delivery to me ASAP. It arrived a week later but it only had 1 dress which I ordered and 2 other dresses which I did not order.
I returned all the dresses and I am chasing them for my refund, I have sent at least 10 emails and a lady replies saying my refund has been processed, the whole experience has been a nightmare.
This is scam website, I would advise shoppers to stay away from it.

how this company is still running is shocking!!
I placed an order on the 8th January for an event on the 29th! after 2 weeks had heard nothing nothing. After chasing the dress I was told it had been sent and that they would explain to DPD that I needed it urgently. after another week I chased again and was then told that the item had gone missing which they only told me after I chased it. They offered to refund me which I said yes to as my event had already been. This was on the 8th February now, i have chased continuously for my refund which i was told was processed 2 weeks ago i have still yet to receive it! after reading the below reviews it seems this is a common theme!

If only 0 stars was an option! Bought a dress back in November 2024 for my Christmas party, 2 weeks later I had still heard nothing so I chased this order up with them, who told me that they had already posted this item with DPD. After chasing this again, because I had still not received the item, I was told that I ordered this on pre-order (which I know for a fact I didn’t) and that they were still waiting to receive it. So first red flag! Another week passed so I chased this up again, and was told that it was posted with Royal Mail (contradicting themselves as they told me they posted with DPD) and would receive it soon. All this time I received no emails or updates from these delivery companies which is not normal. I finally, one month later, received the item which was horrible cheap quality so they issued me with a returns barcode and I returned the item on the 11th of December. I have only just now received a (partial) refund 10 WEEKS LATER after chasing this with PayPal and my own bank. This company is absolutely disgusting and I will never ever, ever use it again or recommend it to anyone! The customer service was shocking and I was constantly told something different. The fact that this company is still up and running is shocking to me. Such a disappointment!

Avoid this store. Awful customer service experience. It took weeks and tens of emails to finally receive a refund for an order I placed in January that was unilaterally cancelled. No communication that the order had been cancelled until I followed up on the email confirming the order had been shipped to me. They claimed that store credit provided to me with in December in lieu of a refund was invalid. I have still not received a refund for this order which was placed in October and hadn’t been received by December. Read the other reviews here. This seems to be a common experience. Avoid and do not accept store credit in lieu of a refund.

Terrible experience. Avoid this website at all costs. I ordered goods in December 2024. Received nothing. Contacted their customer services team. They eventually admitted the dress had never been sent to me and agreed to issue a refund. Refund never arrived. I complained nothing was done. They still have my money. They are impossible to deal with. Do not buy anything from this website!

Made an order two months ago and never received it so I asked for my order to be cancelled and to issue a refund. I am still waiting for this refund. Please avoid at all costs! Shop elsewhere.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM - DO NOT PURCHASE.
I ordered a dress back in September, paid at the time and never received the dress. When I queried it I received a response stating that I had not picked a size and that they had emailed me about this. The only email I had received was an email stating the order had been dispatched! I therefore requested a refund. It has taken until now, with many emails back and forth, loads of further lies from the company and my threatening to contact the garda fraud squad last week, to finally receive an email from Paypal on Friday stating the refund will be in my account by the 4th December.
Not only that .... they try to make you out to be the liar in relation to emails which they supposedly have sent to you...but you have NEVER received!. Absolutely disgraceful company. If I could give a 0 star I would.

After reading some of the reviews,l was a bit worried to order but I am pleasantly surprised. Communication was great and l think the quality is amazing for the price

I’ve ordered 5 items between dresses and jumpers and the quality and sizing is brutal! i returned my items and they have “lost” my return and i have not been offered a refund/credit note. they have ignored my request for any sort of compensation. The correspondence is not helpful at all and has since ignored ALL emails sent to them regarding my non refunded return.

Ordered and paid for a dress and postage it never came. after 2 months I requested an refund. For months later was fobbed off saying refund sent, issue with system bla bla bla... No dress no refund €84 down the drain! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Dreadful experience, poorly made clothing. Customer service is a joke, despite ‘friendly’ emails from the company, no action was taken. Chased refund weekly and have finally received it after 6 months.

Fell in love with their website and had to order. Needed to return and exchange my order for a refund and different size and the girls couldnt have been more helpful and even offered a discount for the exchange and dealt with the refund quickly

Please be very careful when purchasing off this website. I've honestly never had such a bad online experience in my life.
Purchased dresses "fake Zimmerman" style. Material very cheap, buttons cheap etc, would find better quality on SHEIN.
Spent £15 returning products only to be told I could only get a store credit for the £170 odd I spent as the dresses I purchased where in the sale!
When I queried this I was advised it's on their T&C on site & I should have read it basically before purchasing. I've never experienced the likes of it. Very shady & underhand methods - this should be clearly stated on purchasing page before customers make payment.
Also, on purchasing, no email confirmation received. Couldn't log return via their website nor did I get confirmation £15 next day postage return had been received.
The staff themselves are very friendly and courteous but their methods are very non user friendly and not upfront and honest.
I am massively disappointed and now left near £200 out of pocket with no interest in purchasing anything off their website!
